Now, to all you that love to order flowers in the middle of the night with just a few clicks, I'm sorry, but that will have to wait until daylight when the business is open because I have yet to find a website. You know what, it's okay...because they are a pleasure to speak with. They are attached to a funeral home so you know they have some fresh flowers up in there. I will say this, it's great to have someone that knows everyone in town...and the lady running this joint does. She can track anybody down to deliver flowers - even last minute. Anyway, give them a call, you won't be sorry. I just tell her my price range and colors that the person likes and she always does a beautiful job. Of course HEB is cheaper, but if you're like me and don't freakin' live there then that won't really work, now will it?!

I paid for a 3rd tier product, but the actual quantity of flowers was on par with what you would find in a grocery store. I also left a considerable tip for the "driver", but I later learned that my older parents were asked to come and pick up the arrangement for themselves, despite choosing a "delivery day", "driver tip", etc. I've never heard of that before. I am very disappointed with the service I received, and it was a departure from the service delivered in the past. I will not be patronizing Early Blooms &Things again. We're all experiencing "unprecedented economic times", and that stopped being an excuse in Covid times. Do better, and stop ripping off your customers.

I received a call from Jones explaining that the flowers I ordered for my sister were not delivered…read more because the police and an ambulance were at her residence. It turns out that my sister was experiencing complications from chemotherapy and was being taken to a hospital in Round Rock. I didn't know that when I ordered the flowers. Later, I called Jones to arrange for delivery another day, but we could not be sure when my sister would get out of the hospital. The lady I spoke with said that would not be problem; she would make a new arrangement from fresh flowers whenever the time was right. A week went by before my sister got home. I called and spoke with the same person, and she remembered every detail of our prior conversation and said she would get the flowers out that day. And she did. They were beautiful. The sensitivity and kind professionalism of the person I spoke with are unmatched. She created an immediate sense of trust that is not easy to find today.
