Absolutely no customer service from the owner, Jake aka Jak@&& Bolin. The employees at the location…read morewere very nice, but the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. I called a few weeks after purchasing plants to discuss a return or replacement, and from the moment I mentioned the plants had died (see attached photos), his attitude turned hostile. He actually told me to "be quiet" because he had listened to me and it was now "my turn to listen." He blamed me and made it very clear I was the cause of the plants dying. This is without any pictures or exact facts. He just jumped on the bandwagon of blame. I'll admit I chose a few choice words in response -- but after the way he spoke to me, I felt completely justified in standing up for myself. His tone was disrespectful and aggressive, and no customer should be treated that way. He hung up on me after that. Speaking to a customer like that just cost him one and I am hoping more. I would have gladly gone back many times, but after being insulted and dismissed like that, I'll take my business elsewhere. Lowe's offers better plants, better prices, and stands behind their products without blaming the customer. I actually have a thriving garden of plants that have made it all year with no issues. Next spring, I'll be using Backbone Nursery for my large project instead -- they may charge a little more, but their customer service is worth every penny. Here is your proof Mr. Bolin! You sell crappy products and then will not stand behind them.

I always call them personally and do not order flowers online because it's so hard to match the flowers with a picture online as a florist may not have the pictured flowers in stock. I suggest just calling them and asking them what they have in stock and they will be more than happy to make you a beautiful arrangement. For example, I called them today at 9:30 in the morning to send flowers to my mother in Kingsland and they are going to make her up a lovely arrangement and have it delivered today and at a reasonable price.

Now, to all you that love to order flowers in the middle of the night with just a few clicks, I'm sorry, but that will have to wait until daylight when the business is open because I have yet to find a website. You know what, it's okay...because they are a pleasure to speak with. They are attached to a funeral home so you know they have some fresh flowers up in there. I will say this, it's great to have someone that knows everyone in town...and the lady running this joint does. She can track anybody down to deliver flowers - even last minute. Anyway, give them a call, you won't be sorry. I just tell her my price range and colors that the person likes and she always does a beautiful job. I was extremely thorough and clear with A) what I needed framed and B) when I absolutely had to have it done. I even gave them half of the overpriced estimate just to make sure they could order the material needed. A week later Peggy still had not ordered the material. The piece ended up being 3 days late for the date it was explicitly for. On top of that, it was done incorrectly and Peggy promised to fix it . So I gave her 3 WEEKS to order the correct colored and sized metal plate. I dropped in 3 weeks later and she hadn't ordered it. Half a week later I went back and she had ordered the wrong sized plate and still not inserted into the matting like I explicitly and repeatedly had requested. And this was after 3 emails and two trips up north just to clarify exactly what was ordered. It was at this point that I just gave up and took it to another shop where the people didn't lie and cover it up with excuses.
