Went to the Herndon and West location with my roommate, went through the drive thru. I ordered the double bacon burger, fries, and two corn dogs. She got some shrimp plate. Not only did it take forever to get our food while we were the only car in line (more than 15 minutes) they forgot my burger. We live a good 15 minutes away and I didn't realize my burger wasn't there until we were almost home. My fault I know, for not checking immediately, but I was expecting the workers to be able to do their job especially when it was that slow. The place was empty when I arrived, which should've given me some sort of clue of what I was about to experience. After the confused and quiet woman behind the counter took forever to take our orders, my sister, girlfriend and I sat down for the long wait for our food. Once we received it (getting over the fact that our orders had been messed up by the lady behind the counter) and started eating, I immediately noticed that the burgers were tasteless and obviously had frozen patties. While sitting in drive-thru I witnessed one employee walk by fries, reach in and eat one. Happened fast so i thought... maybe there is a tray on the side and i can't see it idk. Then, person making fries grabs fries that fall out with hand and throws back in with other fries. If you ever drive thru look yourself, not one employee touching your food is wearing gloves. Ate here during a recent trip to Fresno. This place is clean, the service is friendly and fast, and the food is delicious. I had a regular burger and fries. The meat was cooked perfectly, the lettuce and onions were crisp and fresh, and the fries were fantastic. The prices were also a lot lower than other burger places in the area. The restaurant is kind of hard to find-tucked back behind a car wash, but the food and service make it worth the drive. I will be back on my next trip to Fresno. read more

False advertising: there is nothing fancy about unseasoned hamburger, thousand island dressing, and missing cheese on an order that asked for a cheeseburger. Overpriced too. Save your money and just go to in n out--at least you know you'll get something good there. read more

This place was really good! I had the pastrami sandwich which I normally don't eat but I'm really glad I did! I was surprised by the size of the restaurant. The burger that my bf ordered looked tasty and pretty darn big too. Will have to try a milkshake next time I go, if I have room left, lol. Went through drive-thru because I was on a time schedule. It was 5:30pm and I was the only car in the drive-thru. Ordered a fancy burger combo #1 and a single fancy burger with cheese. I was waiting 10min at the window for my food when I seen the cook BARELY put my fries in. Like really? There was no one in the resturant nor in drive thru why so damn slow?!?!?!?!?!?! The location of this place is quite interesting to me. When I googled the location, I thought it was located in the car wash place, but I realized that the business was located in its own building. It does have a drive thru, which is one of the reasons I decided that I would try this place. My order consisted of a hamburger meal with a banana shake and onion rings, as well as a pastrami sandwich. The onion rings and banana shake were above average. There was no line and we didn't wait long for our food. One drawback was that it was warm inside. My husband and I considered taking the food to go. I went through the drive through and the girl taking the order didn't seem to understand the menu. Simple 2 number ones with grilled onions and 2 medium shakes. I had to repeat it over several times and then again to a gentlemen. I paid for my order and then reviewed the receipt. I was charged for Ranch dressing at .50 a pop that I didn't order plus an extra .30 to grill the onions. When I told her of the error. She stated " Oh well it all works out in the end" She refused to refund me for the Ranch dressing which she did say was an error on their part. Never again will I spend my money there.
