This so called ortho put braces on only the top and only on 6 teeth when my son first went (insurance fraud). He stretches out treatment to fraud the insurance companies and you! This ortho says he has never been sanctioned, that's a lie. Georgia sanctioned him in 2012. Public records. I won't even go into how the office is ran. Rude all the way around. Patients were taken back while I was still sitting there. I got to hear all about the only dentist vacation though. He was speaking with someone who walked in and right back about his international trip. Over all, I won't be back to this establishment nor any other location of Great Expressions. The text message states that if I don't cancel (cancel an appointment I never set) within 4 days, I will be subject to paying a $60 broken appointment fee. So it's now the weekend and obviously the office is closed leaving no way to contact them to tell them to remove me out their database. I could bet MONEY they went behind my back and tried to book an appointment in hopes I wouldn't notice so they can charge my card on file. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.
