Such an odd experience! I made an appointment online 3 weeks in advance and it was accepted and…read moreconfirmed. I received several emails and texts also confirming the appointment. Yet when I arrived, the place was open, yet empty. A man came out and when I told him I had an appointment for foot reflexology he shook his head no and look confused. I told him I had a confirmation and showed it to him so then he took me to a room and told me to remove my clothes. I asked, "for foot reflexology?!" He was confused again and asked home to come up front again and ask for how long. I didn't know what I had booked it for. He called someone and then put the phone on speaker and she asked me the same questions. Then he took me to the room again and started the service. The service was not reflexology. It was a foot and leg massage and was not even the full time. His phone rang a few times during the service and then at the end, he just walked out and didn't say anything. About a minute later he came back in and continued the service. They made me feel like I was such an inconvenience. Then at the end he tried to charge me $10 more than the published price. I questioned him and pointed out the price on the board. Again he had to call someone and then canceled the sale and redid it. Again, I was in inconveniencing him. Horrible experience and VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I don't think they are even professionally licensed.

If you're looking for a place in town to get an amazing facial, tailored to your specific needs,…read morelearn more about your skin, how to take the best care of it, and be completely relaxed at the same time then this is exactly where you need to be. On a recommendation from my favorite hair salon, I decided to try out Lisa to pamper myself with a facial for my birthday and after going once, I've found my newest monthly expense :-) For only $50 for a regular facial with massage she pampered me with all organic materials (HUGE plus), and because its just her, I was the only client there, so it truly was a personalized quiet and relaxing experience. She spent the time to go through a consult and understand what I currently do to take care of my skin, and talk to me about what I could do better. As a result I got a more personalized facial and I can't wait to go back. I've tried the Pumpkin Masque (smells amazing and is a natural enzyme peel) and Dead Sea Mud Mask (which I think I like best!) She currently only accepts Cash or Check so be sure to hit the bank or ATM first. I'm totally going to change my expenses around so I can get this special treatment once a month!
