Like many, I lost a beautiful Palo Verde tree in the recent monsoon storm. Having an "I can do…read moreanything" mentality I cut the tree into pieces and hauled it away myself, but when it came to removing the root base left behind, I had met my match. I spent hours trying to saw and cut through the roots myself but made very little progress and knew it was time to call in a professional. I submitted a project quote request through Yelp with photos and Frankie was quick to respond with a phone call to gather more details. His estimate was reasonable and he scheduled to start the work the very next day. When he arrived, he soon realized what a beast he was up against and rather than spend hours longer making little progress as I did, he left to get the right tool for the job. He returned and had the root base removed and my new tree planted in no time. He was mindful of my existing plants when maneuvering equipment and cleaned everything up good as new before leaving. He was communicative, letting me know when he would arrive, when he was on his way, answering questions, etc. Payment was easy, even offering a PayPal option and there were no changes to the invoice between the initial estimate and the completed work.

Exceptional service, and would hire again!…read more Prompt responses and was very accommodating of my busy schedule. Abraham came to weed my dog run, which was starting to look like a jungle and making my dogs' eyes itchy, and did an amazing job. Communicated the day before to remind of the appointment, and arrived at the promised time. Very respectful of the property. While we only requested for the dog run, he even offered to weed the inside of the outdoor dog kennel, although we kindly declined because we do not use it. Great pricing as well and could not have asked for a better job. Thank you again!

Seeing what good work he was doing we added on a hardscape pad for our larger BBQ. This all started with Miguel responding to my inquiry quickly and giving me an on-site bid within a few days. We discussed price and timing and he disclosed that he was expecting a baby and might need time off around that time. Our schedule was flexible and we were happy to accommodate the birth of his newborn son. We have lots of photos. You won't believe how much hair he had at birth! :) Way beyond doing a great job on the project, I found Miguel to be a good communicator, professional, intelligent, and thoughtful. He also has excellent taste in terms of what would look good and we nearly always deferred to his good judgment. I first noticed his thoughtfulness and his "eye" when he was trimming the Palo Verdes and the Elm. He's not a professional tree trimmer but he did an outstanding job! Our yard is now easy maintenance, but I'd use him again in a heartbeat!
