I was so nervous to get a second opinion affraid that they would tell me the same thing. After the persistence of my friend, I drove over an hour to see him. And it was worth every mile. Once I walked in I knew this would be a different experience. I was welcomed and felt like I was at home. Once I was in the office he looked inside my ears (on a huge flat screen that was way cool) and he told me what he saw. Then stepped into the hearing booth. The test was longer then the first hearing test I had and seemed more in-depth. He then went through all the test results with me in a way I understood and the results were way better. He let me know what my options were and that I didnt need that much hearing help. YIPPEE!!! I would drive alot further for the service I was provided with and will be a client for life!

I will return here for all my hearing concerns. I had a problem with my hearing aids a few weeks after my appointment. I stopped in without an appointment. I was greeted with a smile and the young lady took my hearing devices and returned a few minutes later. I placed them in my ears and could hear clearly again. My devices had bad wires that had worn out or broken over the past few months. She gave me back like brand new devices and I could hear again. They always help make sure my hearing aids are well tuned and all components working properly. A couple of weeks ago I noticed my left hearing aid wasn't working properly Charmain had me bring in my aid right away no appointment needed, I got bad news that the unit had to go back to Oticon for repair Charmain made sure to expedite the unit via UPS I was kept informed of the status and was called a week later that it was ready. Advanced Hearing Aid Center has integrity! I have been having ear pain the past couple of days. It…read morestarted after I used a Qtip to clean my ears out and read online that it actually pushes the earwax in deeper. I was experincing pressure on my ear drums so gave them a call and they set me up with an appointment right away. When I went to my appointment they looked inside my ears and said they are perfectly clean. Turns out that my presure on my ear drum's was due to allergies, not earwax like I imagined. I am writing this review because it is so hard to find businesses that turn business away anymore. I had no reason to be there, I am young with great hearing and perfectly clean ears. They could have told me and sold me on just about anything because I was afraid I ruined my ears but they didn't try to do that. They were honest and let me know everything was alright and sent me out the door without charging me a penny because I didn't need any services from them. They could have easily put me on their ear cleaning water machine and charged me and I wouldn't know the difference. Now I'm not advocating to come here to get free checkups(if they do that Idk). Im just making the point that if you do have an actual ear problem that this is the place to go. They won't try to sell you extra stuff you don't need. They weren't after my money in this experience, I truly believe they are after making people better.
