These people are not personable or nice…read more Made an appointment here over the phone a few days before, I walked in and there was literally one person working the entire store/optical center? The lady working didn't even introduce herself at all. We just started the exam immediately in a big open room. She didn't ask me any questions about what I needed or what I was even there for? She just said there was no doctor on sight and everything was done by Telehealth? Which I wasn't made aware of before hand at all. I stated that I've had extremely sensitive eyes to light my entire life and she gave me an "oh boy here we go this guy is difficult " look and acted like she had 0 interest in my eye exam if you can even call it that. She tried to take a couple photos of my eyes which I guess didn't turn out well or something? and told me that she recommended I go see a regular in person doctor instead of them. Which is absolutely wild to me. The whole event was a complete circus and waste of time. These people seem like they're more interested in selling you on the color and fashion of their glasses than completing a basic eye exam. They don't even have a Dr. who works there. Don't go here for an exam it's a complete joke. Their basically vision works with higher prices and fancy machines they don't know how to use. It's pretty odd.

I woke up one afternoon and my vision was super blurry, as if I was looking through a coke bottle…read more After 2-3 days of waiting, my eye sight didn't get better. I was terrified. Dr Bond got me in fast, and ran a few tests. The answer was this: "I know what's wrong, but I cannot treat it. You need a retinal specialist." One phone call from Dr Bond, and 24 hours later I was in with one of the top retinal specialists in North Texas. 3 months later, I'm in UTSW with one of the top specialists in the country. The bottom line is, without Dr Bond, I would probably still be sitting at home, almost a year later, "waiting for it to get better"! I'm super thankful for such a knowledgeable doctor, with the expertise and resources to get me to the right people! 5 STARS. She probably saved my vision!
