This preowned location is up Highway 17N from the main dealership. This of course is only for used cars. A quick review showed good used cars but we were looking for something a little more reasonably priced. That was not present here at the time that we came by although we had a good salesman Steven (from the main dealership) who was showing us through and showing us around. The car that we had come to look at was one that they had just been sent to auction. I would think that the better cars would be left at the used car lot and not sent to auction, so maybe it was a good thing as it turned out. Kudos to Steven, not so much on the lack of updates on their website.

I had taken my vehicle to get them to repair a power steering fluid leak, they wanted $70 just to…read morelook at it. The leak at the time I brought it to them it was a slow leak where I could drive about 150 miles before I had to refill the power steering reservoir. They called later the same day and told me that the pinion section of the rack had a hairline crack that was causing the leak. I had told the lady at the counter when I checked in that if the repair cost was over $250 that they were to call me before work. I was told that it would cost $1300 to install a new one and I told them that was more than expected. I asked them to put it back together and I'd be there to pay the $70 and drive it home. This shop was mad because I didn't want to pay them $1300 where I can buy a new rack and pinion unit for $170 and install it myself !! Don't do any business with these people, their crooks!!!

I found them specifically because I…read morewas searching for a shop that installs Kavaca Ceramic IR by Ceramic Pro, and I'm so glad that search led me to them. Tye and his wife Emily made the entire experience exceptional from start to finish. Emily was so welcoming and sweet in the office, and Tye went completely above and beyond -- not only delivering a flawless window tint job, but also helping me with another issue I was dealing with. That kind of genuine care for customers is rare. Pricing-wise, they're competitive with other shops in the area, but where they truly stand out is the quality of the product they use. If you're going to invest in window tint, why not get a superior product at the same price? That's exactly what you get here. These are genuinely good people who take real pride in their work and their customers. If you're looking for window tint, PPF, ceramic coating, or any finish and film services, don't look anywhere else. Vivid Finish and Films has earned a customer for life. Highly recommend!
