She is rude to customers, rolls her eyes if asked for help and walks away as if you're bothering her for asking her to do her job. Imagine my surprise when I logged into Yelp to review this store and saw a prior post about Danielle with her picture attached! This woman will be the cause of this store losing many customers.

There was a young lady (new) asked if I was going to use my EBT card. EBT card? What made her think I had a EBT card? I replied to her " No, I don't have an EBT card. What would you assume that? She didn't have an answer and her I could tell she was flustered. It's ok, I told her, but in the future you may not want to assume that about someone. It could be offensive. At that time another older woman stepped to her side and said " We ALWAYS " ask that of all our customers. Really? I stated. I've been here 100 times and I have NEVER been asked about an EBT card. Yes we do, she said. I knew she was lying and at that point there was no need to continue the conversation with her. I asked her for her managers name and number. She walked away and would not give it. Well what's your name? I asked? She turned her back on me. I asked again , ma'am all I want is your managers name. She turned her head and proceeded to get on the phone and call the police. I stood there for a minute debating on how I should handle the situation. The funny thing is that, I work in the criminal justice field. So I'm well aware of how these "particular" calls to law enforcement are handled. It's a waste of valuable resources. They have more important issues to handle. So I made the decision to walk away. Which I did. I tried to call the customer service number, but they was closed. So I will post this review 1000 times everywhere, everyday until, I hear from somebody in management. (**this is the West End DG) pictures below is the employee who refused to give me managers or her name. She also kept trying to hide her face.

After looking around, I think they've done it. For essentials and things you didn't know you needed until you see it here, this place has got it covered. The name of this store sums it up -- a lot of dollar items and dollar or more-plus things, but none were over-priced compared to comparable places. The last thing asked as I left the store was if I was looking for anything in particular, because he'd order it. Everyone who came in was offered a basket for shopping and if they needed it, assistance in finding something. If it wasn't here, he said he'd order it and for that person to come back next week. Who has customer service like that anymore? and in a 99c+ store? Three stars, but I have to throw in another one for the customer service.
