I went in and was greeted by the owner with a snooty "Can I help you?" I am not one to be uncharitable but I thought there was a needless tone in her voice. I was definitely interested in the lamps but didn't like the base of the lamp so looked around the store to see if there was a perfect match for what I was looking for. Although the store had some interesting furnishings, I saw nothing else in lamps. I thought the lamps I liked were a good price too. I did notice a boujie attitude return when my friend asked a couple of questions about some items. Than I asked if the lamps were in stock and she said "You would have to take those!" Display models for sale, no thanks!! At that point I was annoyed. Something dawned on me, I could use google lens to take a picture of the item and it would find it on the internet. I did just that and instead of paying $79 a piece, I found two for $89. So I want to thank the owner for her unwanted approach to sales, as it led me to a great bargain. Keep it up!!

When we did have questions he was able to answer or find the answer to all of them. Ultimately we ended up ordering nearly a whole house of furniture from him, they have great selection and quality for a fair price. In short they worked around our crazy schedule for deliveries, had great service and product selection. We got the last of our items delivered yesterday and could not be happier! We will 100% be back for future furniture purchases because of the customer service we got from David and Herb!

When questioning the salesperson in regards to this must be a poplar sectional, she stated "No", yours was the " Display". I called the store manager, and he was of no help. Called again in early Aug they said the repair guy comes at the end of the month and would call for an appt. after not receiving a call for the 5 th time I called on the 30 th for an update then was told my warranty expired. So I went to tell the mgr the story he was asking around what this paper for someone just printed my sales info and left it sitting around no not nothing. Once I explained my story he basically told me tiff crap your out of warranty and today was the first he's herd of it so tuff luck. Could of cared less even said if I called back when I said I did they couldent do anything cause of covid. I understand covid has everyone backed up but months without a callback then told tuff luck really stinks after spending 5 grand. I'm disabled or would do it myself he dident even offer a number for repair guy. Disappointing need to find a place that cares about customer service. Could of called a repair guy months ago had I been told but I called while it was still under warranty the first time. Need negative stars
