The store is not the nicest cleanest looking place I won't be back cuz there's like $15 stores and Bullitt County anyway. But I went in there just to try to grab a quick thing for my daughter and on our vacation they didn't have it and everything was kind of expensive not for me.

The store Itself is rather large and pretty well kept stock wise and cleanliness wise. The store does feature a solid aisle of two of grocery store items that makes it a nice spot to stop in and grab a few things if you are in a hurry. Overall in my few trips stopping in this discount store I've had a pretty good experience. Nice little store with good enough options to help you out on a quick stop for items.

The people who answer the phone in that department need a lot of training on how to be civil to the people that are being kind and patient on the phone with them who didn't (once again),receive a full order. The customer has to pay to have the items left behind delivered or they have to arrange to pick them up. This should fall on Walmart since they are the ones making the mistake. I thought I would give them one more chance since their prices are somewhat better than other places, but I am done. I finally learned that it is truly all about the money and not the person.

I had to go each week to straighten up and found broken glass pieces under our table (thank goodness no one was hurt/injured) from a vase that was not a part of our items. The staff rarely greeted me, even though I always entered with a smile and said hello. Things are said over the phone, but not communicated to anyone at the store, so it's always confusion anytime you have a question. From my personal experience, I would not recommend. I hope the staff can also learn some friendlier customer service, to at least, the vendor who is bringing in a large amount of money and frequent visitors.
