While Slidell is a hub of sorts for the surrounding areas, it is not typical to have such a progressive selection. Anyway, fast forward 3 years and the pieces I bought back then are still of top quality and every time I wear them I continue to receive compliments. The items here are the perfect blend of sophistication with understated sexiness. Just love. They carry some brands I know & love (like Free People) and others I'm not as familiar with but happy to take a risk now that I know they stand the test of time. Stopped in yesterday and happened upon a sidewalk sale - great deals on amazing items! I don't think they advertize these types of sales, so stop in often to see what's new. Super friendly staff itching to help you find the perfect pieces - so appreciative of the warmth & genuine enthusiasm As it happens, the owner was in the shop that day & after having met her, I can honestly say the desire to find unique pieces and cater to others shines through her beautiful personality. So I pull into the parking lot and I'm drawn to the store next to my intended destination--it's was Rio. There were things on the walk outside the store and my curiosity drew me inside. This was a complete surprise. There were so many different things, and shoes. The SHOES. If you aren't trying to make a statement or have eyes on you, this is not your store. But if you are trying to turn heads and your confident and comfortable in your skin this is a fun place to experience. The staff was super helpful and knew off the top of their heads the products in their inventory. I said '90s theme and they immediately showed me a Jean jacket with the patches. There was an outfit that looks like cross colors from back in the day. There was a Brittany Spears hit me baby one more time set. I settled on a brightly colored hooded crop top with matching bottoms. Then I choose a pair of "fly" or "dope" yellow sneakers and I was ready!
