Me and my family stopped in this location just before our summer vacation trip and grabbed a couple beach boogie boards. We were in the area getting our youngest first haircut so we had time to kill before the appointment and my daughters are five below obsessed so we made a visit. For those who don't know five below is basically a more accurately named dollar general. As things cost more than a dollar. So five bucks and below is more likely. Overall very nice location. Larger and well upketpt. I'm assuming it's newer because it had a different setup then the other five belows I've been too and it wasn't on the yelp yet.

So they may be stocked in season but less so out of season. They also don't have a ton of options when it comes to high end, durable wear, but seem to have a lot when it comes to more standard catering, good for 2-3 uses or more short term (e.g. yes, it is a stainless steel bowl, it isn't the greatest I have ever seen).

As this place always has plenty of food options, and I need to buy a few meat products since the regular grocery stores seemed to be sold out. They have so many options here from spices, canned goods, meats, veggies and many many more. I've learned of this place thanks to my uncle whom has a business and constantly has people over or get together. Therefore, I come here every so often. Great store to shop for your business, restaurant or for your big family. 2017 This is a great place to stock up for large events and of course if you're a restaurant owner. The prices are great in comparison to the other big box stores. The customer service here is great, I always get the help I need and makes my time in here quickly spent. The food is great, never had any issues. I'd like for them to start carrying caviar again, as that's something I miss. Other than that, everything here is phenomenal.

My sandwich was good, not inspired, but good. There were a couple of outdoor tables and it was a warm spring day - perfect. The side of the store I walked through had really cool merchandise like an old time general store, maybe. My partner passed through the other side to the "pristine" bathroom and said the merchandise was a mix of feed store and grocery store. There was a galvanized tub she wanted to buy but we had no way to get it back home. We were pleased with our scenic detour and this stumble upon.

What if instead of making my pancakes more cake-like, I just got a pancake cake? Meijer solved my dilemma by offering this cake at my local store. Though it creates the new dilemma of, should it be called a pancake cake or pan-cake? Joking aside, it is a white cake covered in copious amounts of vanilla buttercream frosting. I had been debating picking one up for a while, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity when I spied it on sale for a measly $6! Cutting into the cake revealed that there's also a layer of frosting separating the top and bottom portions of the cake. Starting with the "syrup", which is piping/frosting gel, it adds an interesting texture to the cake, but sadly no maple flavor. To be fair, maple flavor was not advertised nor expected, but it would have been a unique touch. I found the white cake to be relatively average as it was not quite as moist as some of the better cakes I've encountered. Lastly is the delectable vanilla buttercream frosting. It reminds me of a line from one of my favorite movies (Star Wars). "He's more machine than man", except in this case, it's the cake is more frosting than cake. It's thick, creamy, rich, and oh so sweet. The artistry of this cake was phenomenal, but the body of the cake falls short of something I'd get from Nothing Bundt Cakes.
