I hate to give a place a 1 star review but, it must be done. I haven't been here in almost a year and things have not improved. I came back hoping this place had gotten better and it hasn't. One of the reasons why I took away 2 stars from my last visit. This location is in a shopping center in Valley Station, in where a Target store used to be. There is an abundance of parking available as well. I go in and of course go to the handbag section and of course there is very little selection. Also the shoes were disorganized and some were even in the middle of the floor. There were almost no employees around to assist if you needed to find anything. I go to the clothing section and there isn't much there either. I did find a shirt I like at a reasonable price and that's about it. Checking out wasn't much better either. You stand in a line and when you're up, the screen will instruct you on which register to go to. Out of 7 registers only 2 were open for the massive line that was behind me. After all this time I'm surprised corporate hasn't stepped in and made some changes. If they saw the way that store looked when I visited they would probably hire new management and get that store back to the way it was. Until then, I won't come back to a store with management that doesn't care about the place. I hate to be a negative Nancy but, I'm about keeping my fellow Yelpers informed. read more

Love Burlington! I always find somthing neat here! I live in Glasgow and will make the drive to just specifically shop here!

It says you all close at 10pm but it's always closed at 9pm which is the time im available to come by there. There are some things I wanted to get there but everytime I go there you all are closed. Post the correct store hours so people don't waste their time and gas. read more

This Burlington Coat Factory (BCF) is great! Of course you know, BCF has a variety of items so if you love to shop in one central location for every aspect of your house this is the place to shop. Although I am big on employees acknowledging a customer as soon as they walk in the door, once again I looked passed this vital and key element to customer service and continued to shop w/o a greeting. The store is really easy to navigate and considering all the other BCF's I've shopped at this store hands down is extremely clean. I was able to get out of the store w/ ease as my cashier Katie was very knowledgable about the products and geniunely interested in my overall shopping experience. I will definitely be returning for another great shopping experience. Perhaps someone will greet me the next time I walk in and then I can turn my 4 stars into 5! read more

A welcome replacement for the now-defunct Value City department store if you're looking for decent prices on name-brand clothes. It's not necessarily well-organized (especially in the kids' and shoe section, still better than many other value-based stores) but it has a nice variety of just about everything. read more

Store has come a long way!! You can totally tell the store is under new Management, it's much cleaner, easier to shop and just feels like someone actually cares about the business. The staff seems to be all new and improved. Way to go Dixie!!! read more

I like this particular Burlington. The prices are fair and it's a convenient location. They keep the store pretty clean too. It's a nice store to run to for a last minute outfit or gift. read more

I came to this location 01/22/2021. The greeter was extremely nice and very helpful as soon as I came thru the door I was warmly welcomed given a cart he wiped it down and heard me inquiring about where the home section was and he immediately helped me locate it very very nice. The reason for the one star is at the end the cashier Mary was very unwelcoming the exact opposite of the greeter she was impolite, I had to ask several times for her to wrap my glass in paper so it wouldn't break. She was having a conversation with another cashier who DID NOT have her mask on correctly eating gummy bears behind the counter during this pandemic. I almost left because of this. Mary was putting my things in clear trash bags, I was so appalled, never seen anything like it. She was so engrossed into having a conversation with her co worker i felt extremely unwelcome. They were discussing what time they were getting off it seemed very unprofessional I will never be revisiting this location!! read more

The worst location in Louisville, first the store has visible aging signs, also kind of messy and just to be great on their goal of disrespect their customers , when you go to the fitting room to try a shirt, they tell you that the shirt you want You CAN NOT try it , they have a selection of certain shirts and you must match the size and try it, that is stupid, gross, now you have to imagine how is the shirt you like but seeing other. Also the staff is a little rude, the says they agree 100 % with that, seriously?. I will not return there you should do the same read more
