Funny how people want bargains galore but can't give a brand new business 10 minutes to open before going on a tear. It's alright aside from the interesting selection of books and rugs. Go have a look around. The only real complaint is that the checkout process is SLOWWW AS F***. Please tell the cashiers to focus on efficiency. The young man working on the afternoon of 2/16/24 needs to be retrained. He had to call for a manager every ten minutes. That was starting to get on my nerves because I've worked retail before and that's just a pain in the butt. The store wasn't busy either. My friend got a lot of stuff but she and I have decided that we probably won't come back. Most of the merchandise is name brand (if that matters to you). Prices were alright. They're not that cheap (but nothing is anymore).

Clothes, nail products, beauty products, home decor, pet products, candy, etc. Nearly everything is $5 but I did see some $10 products (gaming keyboard). My only issue with this store is that it was extremely messy, which obviously has something to do with the customers. I think if this were in a different area the store wouldn't have looked like it was involved in a warzone. **Cost(s): String lights ($5)-- Very nice product though shorter than I thought. Metal stool ($5)-- Very sturdy and cute stool. **Products: The items I purchased are definitely good quality for the price, and they have soooo many different things at this store for practically every aspect of your life. **Location: The area is a tad bit run down but I never felt unsafe. She acted like we did something wrong. (She did asked my husband to take one extra item instead of so the return process which we were fine with it.) She had a customer at that time, I understand, but she didn't even want to talk to my husband (according to him) and was not friendly at all since we went back after seeing that she charged us wrong. Before exiting the store, she said: "Are you happy now?" Not really: 1. For her attitude, NO. 2. We realized that she charged us one extra item that we didn't buy AGAIN after we got home and checked the receipt and the items that we bought. For paying extra $$$ that we didn't buy, NO. It's a louze $2 that she charged us extra, but it's the experience and the way the store manager allow the sales person to run the business the way it was, I have an issue with that.

"Oooh!" meets "I gotta get out of here!". Let me tell you how I got here... I came here in search of an inexpensive handheld single hole puncher for a crafting project. Frugal me didn't want to pay more than $2 for one, and Dollar Tree surprisingly didn't have one. Sure enough, I found it here along with so.much.more! Seriously, whatever you want, they probably have it. They even make keys and I think I even saw international calling phones that you could use in-store. Like phone card phones or something? Is that a thing? I don't know. I ended up leaving here with the hole puncher, writing paper, nasal decongestant spray (lol), and I almost left with a glue gun, sewing pins (might go back for those), and silk flowers. For example, a 2024 "Mr. And Mrs." Wine glasses were still like $10! If you gave me that for $1, I wouldn't even want it. There was a huge selection of men's, women's and children's clothing. Not so much home goods. There were some bedding, and curtains, but I did not see any kitchen gadgets or appliances. You have to have patience to go in here and dig through the racks!

The cashier called over a manager, who quickly shut it down and said they couldn't do any further markdowns. Fair enough..... I wasn't totally sold on the dress anyway. But then it got weird. The manager told me they couldn't sell it at all because it was missing a part. I was stunned. I wasn't asking for anything wild, and I was buying other items too... Thrift Giant is a massive thrift store with an enormous selection. There's so much to look through…read morethat it's almost impossible to see everything in one visit--every rack is packed, and the variety across categories is impressive. The layout can be a bit confusing at times. For example, shoes are placed above clothing racks, which made browsing slightly less easy. One big plus is that they have both dressing rooms and bathrooms, which is very convenient if you plan on spending a good amount of time shopping. However, the dressing room hours are a bit unclear--they seemed to close around 7 pm on weekdays, which is about an hour before the store itself closes.
