She was so good to me, and him -- I know being there at his passing has affected us both. We have stayed in touch. Second, the office staff were so helpful even on short notice, and with special requests and any changes to schedules. They just worked with me when we had to deal with (a rare) ill or unavailable angel, to get coverage. I do trust the owners, and spoke with them directly about our needs and about individual caregivers. While it was outside my bailiwick, I only wish they provided benefits (such as healthcare) to their workers, and maybe that is something the agency can consider in the future.
