He said he would contact us when the part was in and then repair the display. 2 months later and a couple texts to his phone, we received no response. I then contacted CJS appliance repair found through my Lowes extended warranty company for a Samsung stove (I do not recommend Samsing stoves. Nothing but a problem). Courtney came out and immediately diagnosis the problem. He said we would drive to Cincinnati and get the part that was available. 2 hours later the stove display was fixed when the other company could not fix after 2 months. He said he would submit the service invoice to the warranty company, and we did not have to pay anything during the service. I will contact Courtney / CJS Appliance in the future. He did a great job!
