They always have a few aisles of interesting items. Low prices too. I'm always happy to support dog shelters and dog organizations. Today I dropped off a couple leashes, collars, dog toys and about 7 dog coats. They have 2 big blue donations boxes to add your items in. But you have to throw the items to the inside corner. Just shutting the door drawer does not empty the items into the box. You have to throw them to the open edge or throw to the corner, which has a bigger open space to throw into. I tried to show and explain how in my uploaded video. It's a great place so pls visit the gift shop and donate and support!

Weighed him and came back said…read more59.6... she asked if they could re weigh in front of her & they said no?..... she adopted him anyways because she loved him , took him home , weighed him....53 lbs. she immediately took to petsmart, got a vet to weigh him and sign .. he was 53 lbs. not sure why they would lie and why they were being rude when YOU are the ones who offered waived fees over 50 lbs... we are nice people and have enough to care for him, however, it is always nice to save money & you would think you WANT the dogs to go to forever happy homes so why are you lying about weighs and fees . Absolutely not cool and we'll be contacting another humane society about this!!! Not a good look for you guys who " want dogs to get adopted "

I was able to visit the litter and speak with the woman who has cared for the kitten. She spent a lot of time getting to know me. I got to spend time watching the kitten. Since bringing the kitten home, the foster has checked in on us more than once. I truly recommend this group

DO NOT ADOPT FROM THIS RESCUE! Their only goal is to get…read moreanimals out the door and they do absolutely nothing afterwards. It is in their adoption certificates that if for ANY REASON you need to give up an adopted animal that you will return it to Anthem Pets. But if they send you home with an animal that they know is aggressive and regret to inform you of it, they will tell you to take said animal to a Vet to have it euthanized or to self surrender it a the county. They will also tell you that the verbiage about having to return the dog to them is just to protect them in the instance that something bad happens to the animal, not to protect you and your family from what that animal is doing to you. Additionally, when you reach out to them for help, one of their board members named Karen will tell you that she is too busy to help you and or do her job. I was told by her on 2 separate occasions that she was working with me on getting this dog placed somewhere else but on both occasions, she did not have any of the information or pictures that I had sent to her previously and stated again that she is just a volunteer and was too busy to find any of it. After getting nowhere with Karen you will be directed to Jessica who listens and acts like she is going to be helpful and she will end up never reaching out to you or following up on what she says she will. You will have to chase her down and follow up yourself just to have her tell you to "surrender the dog yourself or have him euthanized by a vet." All in all this rescue is a joke and should be shut down. They should not be allowed to collect money by adopting out dogs and cats that have known issues and hide behind excuses of "lost documents" and false contractual agreements.

After being a loyal customer to Banfield Pet Hospital for over 4 years, I stopped into to a Banfield, saw no vet and minimally explained the issue, & was quoted $1.3k for several tests. I left, was charged $75 for nothing. I was being scammed by Banfield and needed my dog to get the care she deserved. That's when I found West valley animal hospital out of recommendation from my bf. My dog is 100% better and it's thanks to this vet. Thank you for having such a friendly and personal receptionist, passionate vet techs and a knowledgeable vet who actually speaks to patients owners. I was giving her 200 mg and then told by the Dr to give her 300 mg. This was overdosing my dog which caused severe diarrhea. I think they did this so that I would come back so that they could charge me for another $72 office visit plus anything else that the Dr's could come up with. I will be going to a different vet clinic. Think twice before you take your dog or cat to Cactus Pet Hospital.

I had an extremely upsetting experience at this animal hospital and would not recommend it to…read moreanyone. My dog came in after being bitten and was having a serious allergic reaction with hives. We had already given him Benadryl before arriving. The staff told us they were going to administer a steroid injection, which we agreed to and believed had been done. Later, we found out that no steroid was given at all. Instead, they gave my dog another shot of Benadryl--something he had already received--while acting as if it was the steroid they said he needed. Because his condition didn't improve, we had to rush him to another clinic, where he was immediately given the steroid shot that actually helped him. Beyond the medical issue, the staff was rude, dismissive, and lacked compassion. They acted as though they cared about my pet, but their actions proved otherwise. This felt careless and misleading, and it put my dog at risk. Now I'm stuck disputing the charge with my bank for services that were either misrepresented or not properly provided. Please think twice before bringing your pet here. When it comes to your animal's health and safety, honesty and proper care matter--and that was not my experience at this clinic.
