When my Mother called Dr. Fall's office, she explained that my Dad who is an Alzheimer's patient had lost his glasses to Amber the appointment setter.Apparently this bored Amber because she continued to sigh throughout the conversation and then snapped at my Mother that the doctor my Dad had seen before had retired. I guess Amber didn't care either that he was still listed on the website. She then proceeded to rudely inform my mother that she could get my Dad in three weeks later and that was all she could do. There was absolutely no willingness to even try to work him in or, for instance, put him on a waiting list. My mother was in tears when she called me, so I called Amber to give her feedback on her rude behavior. Her response to me was that she wasn't rude and then put me on hold. When I called to report her to the office manager, the office manager did not even have the common courtesy to call me back in person. Obviously this office staff has no semblance of patience nor kindness for older individuals not to mention just basic professionalism. It shows, too, that if you have any escalation issues about customer service, or need more urgent assistance they will not be accommodating whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, but especially not for an elder parent. read more
