The best part is how much warmer my home actually is from having the proper ventilation. The team came to my house took the measurements they needed and dicussed with me what I liked and didn't like and before I knew it I came home to two new beautiful covers that are just the prefect fit in my home. So anyway, I googled radiator covers, thinking that I would order something online and was amazed to find a local shop that specialized in them. I called immediately, and from my very first conversation with Sandi, I have had the BEST experience with craftspeople that I can remember. Sandi is funny, smart, has a wonderful eye. She is also very kind and patient, advising me through the process. She also matched the stain used throughout my house perfectly, which required mixing together 8 different tints! And she kindly made extra so that I could stain a piece of stair railing that had been replaced previously but never stained. My three radiator covers are just beautiful pieces of furniture that I am proud to have in my house. Sandi and Dan were a pleasure to work with, and are incredibly cool people, living an honest and creative life.
