It is a quaint smaller bed-and-breakfast however the owners, and those that sit around the table in the morning are an incredible blessing and addition to your visit. The food is wonderful and the atmosphere calming. There's a beautiful large porch where you can sit outside and drink your coffee or wine and you can take wonderful walks or runs around the Franklin Square with wonderful coffee houses and even a local bookstore. I decided to give a B&B a try (even though I don't like forced socialization and don't consider myself to be a B&B type of gal.) But I didn't want to drive 30 minutes every day to work, so I gave in. Wow. First, beautiful home. Tasteful furnishings, nicely done. I stayed in the Lincoln Room, which was large and comfortable. Each bedroom has a private (modern) bathroom, Satellite TV, a personal ice maker and Keurig (with all the fixings), plenty of seating and storage. Oh, and wi-fi (which I was incredibly grateful for). The InnKeeper Sharon was pleasant and friendly, without being overbearing. She was so incredibly accommodating, making breakfast around my schedule. And the breakfasts were almost too big. Homemade, tasty, really lovely. The price was so reasonable as well. My favorite part was sitting on the front porch each evening, drinking a glass of wine (from a local winery) and enjoying the quiet. As a city girl, I don't want the peace and quiet too often, but it was nice for a few days. If work takes me back to Centerville (sigh), I will absolutely stay here. Seriously, give it a try. You won't be sorry. Probably.

Campsites are large with even asphalt parking. Each has a picnic table and camp ring. There are several hiking areas leading out of camp and some beautiful vistas. Also the historic site on property is very interesting!!! I went for one night and liked it so much I stayed 2! Big shade trees kept the site cool even during summer. The little Swan area had an additional picnic area with a beautiful water stream view, so peaceful!
