I was looking for a caterer a party at my home and they seemed like a perfect fit to make the evening special. I made a fantastic choice! Every single aspect of the experience was superb. Marie and her team made the arrangements easy and the event very special. The food was beyond my expectations, which were already high given my love for their restaurants. We had the Luau with a roast pig. Every single item was unbelievable. And when the party was winding down, they left our place looking even better than when they arrived without disrupting the party what-so-ever. If you are planning event I can't recommend Kitschen's more. Call Marie and enjoy an amazing evening.

I pay cash for everything upfront so who ever picks up the order only needs the receipt. First time they were right on the mark. The food was excellent, and trays were ready at the time promised. Second time 2 sides were missing and I needed to wait for them to make the sides about 45 minutes. Guests were arriving at my house and I was waiting for food. But these things do happen unfortunately. However, the third time there was no excuse. Christmas Eve. Ordered the food and paid for it 2 weeks before. Customers were lined up in the parking of the building they were renting and down the block. It seems as though he had high school kids bringing the orders out who didn't have a clue as to what they were doing. My pick up was 3 o'clock. They didn't call my name for 2 hours after continually being promised that I am next. Finally my order was ready. I squeezed through the crowd to place my order in the car to go home. After arriving home with my guests arriving, I realized this time I was again missing 2 items from my order. So I returned to tell them and I was informed they must have given it away. And my response was to make up my 3 orders. Now the crowd outside was growing and people's orders were being given to the wrong people. Mine was finally ready after many inquiries. Got home by 6:45. Since then, the owner closed up shop and moved elsewhere, and then again moved and so on. It's a shame as the food from this caterer was really very good and he would have had a great catering business in town. But he blew it big time. My advice is to stay away from this caterer no matter his promises or price, whatever town he has landed in now. Seems as though he is running from something.............

Appetizers consisted of steamed muscles, fried calamari and bacon wrapped dates. There was also a platter with fresh fruits and mellon slices, cheeses and crackers. All so good. They served a wonderful buffet. This is the first time I can remember wanting to try everything just based on the looks. So I piled a plate high with a Cesar salad with the perfect amount of dressing, a loaded rigatoni pasta salad, broiled potatoes, sliced roast beef with a dark thick au jus and horseradish sauce, a excellent rollatini, vegetables and assortment of bread. Culinary Classics Catering hit one out of the park by my standards. Don't use anyone else for your next catered affair.

From the very first time we met with Lynn and Linda, we were in love with their work. Their food is AMAZING - every single guest raved about it for weeks afterwards. It's definitely exciting hearing the line "that was the best food we've ever had at a wedding" over and over. And it was well-deserved. They worked with us to create such a unique menu, and the quality of their food was incredible. Definitely more of a "farm-to-table" vibe with them than anywhere else we looked. We loved the food so much we decided to book them for our rehearsal dinner the night before also, and everyone was so happy with the results! Their work ethic was beyond what we ever expected from our chosen caterers. It felt more like we booked a wedding planner at some points! They met with us multiple times prior to the wedding, scoped out the venue space, and assured us everything would work out flawlessly. The staff was extremely professional and attentive to our many guests, and if they minded working outside in the 95 degree heat they didn't show it! Their prices are really fair and we felt their value was incomparable when it comes to wedding vendors. Really pleased with them, and would HIGHLY recommend Whistling Onion for any catered event, wedding or anything else! (I could seriously go on and on, so feel free to message me if you need more proof that Whistling Onion is the only caterer you'll ever need!!) :)

They also added sausage stuffing, salad, bread with butter, and an apple walnut cake which was just heavenly. Do not be put off by the outside area which looks very run of the mill Holiday Inn. The ballroom is very nice, the cocktail hour is held at a very spacious area and more importantly for us....they dancefloor is ginormous! Unless you come here for a wedding, I don't think you get the scope of how beautiful the ballroom can turn out. Tara and her team did so much to help us with price, decor and lighting which made the place really come alive. Cocktail Hour: We did a Jersey Shore table during cocktail hour which everyone raved (especially the kids). The servers were excellent, kept coming by with trays of food and very attentive to guests needs. MOST IMPORTANTLY the maitre'd was PHENOMENAL!! He greeted me as soon as I stepped foot on the premises and literally ran around helping me fix a dress issue I had, got me a cocktail to relax and had another server bring me food so I wouldn't pass out. Food: The food is was all so delicious! We picked the baked chicken and the crab stuffed fish and people all loved it. We added dessert trays at the end were filled with these ginormous chocolate covered strawberries and endless crispy pastries, at first I thought I wouldn't need it, but our cake turned out to not be that good, so it really helped. Decor: They can include everything from centerpieces, table numbers, tea lights an envelope cage AND YOUR WEDDING CAKE as part of your package. As a bride that wanted to spend a month-long honeymoon in Europe INSTEAD of centerpieces, this was a huge selling point. Service: I can not say enough about the amazing service I received from the Windsor Ballroom. I have a very demanding job and kept forgetting about due dates for deposits, guests counts and basically everything important....and they were all so patient with me, accommodating to my schedule and really always taking that extra step to make sure I felt at ease. I have never experienced such exceptional customer service from a place. Granted, I have never been married before, but I have heard horror stories, and to be quite honest, I assumed because this is not a super expensive place I was going to get just mediocre service. Hotel accommodations: My husband family was coming from Philadelphia and mine was coming from North Jersey so this was literally the best midpoint. On top of that, it was phenomenal knowing that everyone could enjoy the open bar and safely just walk to their room. We were given a Luxury suite for free for our wedding night and had a discounted price for our guests to stay. As we walked in they had a bottle of champagne, 2 slices of wedding cake, chocolate covered strawberries and a cookie shaped like a wedding cake that said congratulations Mr & Mrs Arellano. It really was such a sweet and personalized touch. Breakfast: The couple enjoys brunch for free the next day ($15 pp), this was a nice touch, we had another mini reception in the morning with everyone walking in tending to their hangover together. The food was excellent and it is also held in the Irish Pub right on the premises, so no need to check out early. I have been raving about this place to all my friends and plan on booking many future events here as well. THANK YOU Windsor ballroom for such an amazingggg wedding experience.

Was pleasantly surprised when we did finally pull up to the location. Very pretty river front grounds with gorgeous trees etc. Very nice outdoor setup for a ceremony. Nicest part about this place? One party at a time - not like many of the big places where you have 3 events going on at once. The inside was very pretty with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the property. We were here for a wedding, beautiful ceremony outside and inside for cocktail hour/sit down. Food for cocktail hour was abundant and quite a range. There was food for the less picky and food for foodies. 4 different areas with either chaffing dishes of hot, carving station, cold salads, oysters, shrimp, cheese. You name it - it was there. We ate so much that when the entrees finally arrived, we were full. Open bar was a hit too, with a large group sucking up all the premium liquors. I guess, because the Estate offers shuttle service to the and from hotel, people were more inclined to drink. We left after a few bites of dinner only because we had such a hike back. All in all, it's a great place to have an event. I worked in this industry for many years and this place seems to get it right.
