They asked all the right questions and provided specifics on key questions to ask when someone comes to replace my roof. Especially during local damaging storms. Derek Provided an email with details of their findings which included photos highlighting areas of concern. It gets even better ... Derek followed up with a phone call to make sure I understood everything and possible next steps. That's the kind of customer service I expect but very seldom receive. Falcon Point came out for a gutter problem that turned out to be a problem with the flashing and roof on that corner. They repaired it quickly and for a very reasonable price. That leaking gutter had been serviced and "fixed" by two other gutter companies prior to me calling Falcon Point, but the fixes never actually stopped the problem. Bill's company diagnosed the actual problem and fixed the roof flashing and gutter within 3 days... for less than my last gutter repair. I'd highly recommended them! read more
