Unfortunately more often than not, I am met with staff at this location that would rather talk and…read morehang out with eachother while being on their phones and act like customers are rude for interrupting their conversation. I went in one day to grab some underwear for my husband and all of the ones he wears are locked up and you have to ask an associate to help you in order to get them out from behind the locked space. We waited for 15 minutes for someone to come because out of all the associates, only one of them had a key. When the associate with a key came to unlock it for us, they put it in a portable locked plastic box that had to be unlocked in order for us to purchase it once we made our way to the front. It's uncomfortable to be treated like a criminal when you're just trying to shop and not to mention frustrating to wait fifteen minutes just to grab something that has not been purchased yet. We went to the self checkout eventually and we were met with a different associate who was working the self checkout and kept watching us checkout as if to see if we were going to steal something. I don't remember what comment was made, but I made one to the associate because I felt upset and uncomfortable about the whole situation to which their reply was I'm just making sure. The fact that the employees are acting that way is enough to make me not want to return, at least to this location. There are security guards there to check receipts, which I absolutely understand. But it is not their job to make customers feel uncomfortable when they are trying to shop and to make them feel like they are a burden for asking for help. So after they made that comment, I was done checking out, but I couldn't pay yet because I was waiting for another associate that the checkout associate called at the beginning of the checkout process to come unlock the portable plastic box with my husbands underwear. I was standing there waiting at the checkout for another ten minutes and ended up asking the checkout associate if the person with the key to the box was coming so I could finish checking out. The associate told me they are working on it and they had an attitude about it. I waited another five minutes after that before someone finally came with a key. I was debating on just leaving everything I scanned there and walking out. I don't know what is going on with this location and I'm not normally the one to go out of my way to leave reviews, but for anyone reading this, what are your thoughts on this situation?

I had a very disappointing experience at the King Soopers Pharmacy…read more I stopped by to pick up a prescription for my wife, who is pregnant. One of the employees told me the pharmacy was about to close for lunch and would reopen at 1:30 PM. I completely understood and told her that was totally fine. I only asked if she could quickly check whether my wife's insurance information was already in their system so I would know if I needed to bring it when I came back. She checked and told me the insurance was not on file and that we could add it later when I returned. I thanked her and began walking out. However, as I was leaving, she started complaining and shaking her head in frustration about my question because they were about to go to lunch -- even though the pharmacy was still open at that moment. The reaction felt unnecessary and unprofessional, especially since I was polite and respectful. When I addressed her behavior, she responded with "I'm very sorry for you," which only made the interaction more uncomfortable. Several of her coworkers witnessed the situation. Because of this experience, I decided to transfer the prescription to Walmart Pharmacy. I simply prefer to give my business to places where customers are treated respectful

If you put your second hand on a second product even once (on accident) the screen stops and you have to call the employee that is there. I am able to be my ADHD self and go through self checkout efficiently in every store but this one. I used to be a cashier years ago and I was very efficient. Some of these cashiers are just slow.
