Dan is a creative, caring, and communicative business owner. His team, led by Seth, was an absolute pleasure to work with - they did a truly fantastic job and were so nice and helpful throughout. After they were done, we had a small issue with drainage (because right after they laid down the patio, there were torrential downpours for days, not allowing our pavers to settle). I'm not kidding when I say within five minutes of emailing Dan on a Friday evening to let him know, he called us to say he and Seth were coming over right away to take a look. Because of continued bad weather, they had to come back a few times over the next few weeks to make sure everything was good. Yes, they made our patio a little slice of heaven, but we were actually the most impressed with their post-project attentiveness and customer-focused desire to make everything right. I wanted a new fence but the property line had about 2' slope, so I thought I would get a wall…read morebuilt. I got three estimates for a wall to be built in the backyard. I took Raymond landscaping as the contractor that would build the wall. Communication between them and myself was OK. They would always get back to me towards the end of the day. When work started to begin I actually had my communication with the mason who was building the wall. Between his ideas and my wants, I ended up with a really nice wall. Their building methods adhered to the dry wall method of construction. The wall was done at the end of the summer, so I didn't get to plant anything. Next spring will be very busy!
