Service is quick and easy. Big menu board with the pricing and etc can be seen up front. Place is small but big enough to host a big group up to 10 or small groups of 1-4s. Parking is plenty on the street or in their little lot if early/off hours. If it's on a busy time or with events going on at Todos Santos Plaza, then it can be tricky to find parking. I got the Chicken Platter ($18.99) It came with rice, chicken, salad, humus, 4 triangle pita bread and extra tzatziki sauce on the side. The first thing I noticed right away was that they love their sumac here. I don't mind it at all and the more sumac the better I think. The rice is really fluffy and pairs really well with the chicken. With the tzatziki sauce drizzled on top and extra to add on each bite, it's a great combo wombo of flavor. The hummus is really good too! It is not watery like some places and holds its shape well. Went great with the rice/chicken, with pita or even by itself! Salad was just mix of greens, tomatos, cucmbers with some cheese crumble. No olive oil or vinegar was added so I had to spread some tzatziki to give it a little boost. Overall the dish was really delicious. I would recommend to come here if you like Mediterranian food. Interested in their falafal and would likely get that next time. I stopped by for lunch this afternoon and ordered a combo platter and a side of fries to go. Since there wasn't a line, my food was ready in about five minutes. Between my wife and I, this ended up being the perfect amount of food. Neither the chicken nor the lamb were dry. The included piece of pita bread was warm and fluffy and the humus had a nice consistency to it. Rice was cooked perfectly at dente too, and the extra sauce on the side was a nice addition if you wanted to add a little extra tang to the dish. I would definitely stop by again! After much convincing from my wife, I finally decided to give Falafel Flame a try. If you're not familiar with authentic Arabic Middle Eastern cuisine, you might find it acceptable, but for someone who grew up in a Jordanian/Palestinian household, the flavors here are clearly not authentic. It's apparent that the owners are not Arab, and they use seasonings that align more with Persian or Afghan cuisine rather than traditional Arabic dishes. The falafel, while decent, has a seasoning profile that diverges from what you'd expect from a Jordanian, Lebanese, or Palestinian restaurant. It tastes fine but doesn't capture the authentic flavors of true falafel. I also tried the Fattoush salad. While the ingredients were fresh, the dressing completely missed the mark. It tasted overly sweet, as though sugar had been added--a flavor that is not at all authentic to Fattoush. On the other hand, my wife enjoyed the chicken platter, and my son liked his bacon cheeseburger and fries. So, it's fair to say the food isn't bad--it's just not what I'd consider authentic Arabic Middle Eastern cuisine.
