We were fairly certain we were going to put an offer in, but with Todd's enthusiasm for the house, we knew we had to move fast. Leveraging Todd's expertise, my fiancé and I made a more favorable offer than we would have on our own. As first time home buyers, Todd patiently addressed our questions and educated us as we went under contract. During the home inspection, Todd made himself available to assist. Todd was present at the final house walk-through and at Closing with the settlement company, Todd was there too. His support throughout was very much appreciated . Now we are settling into our new home and are very happy. Todd is welcome to come by and have a beer anytime. After allowing me to ask her a million questions about the selling process, I decided to put my home on the market. Even with me having a ton of things going on at the time, Danai was very patient with my tight schedule and made sure I stayed on top of things that were essential to making my home most appealing on the market. Althought Danai had planned an open house, she ensured my house was being advertised properly on almost every real estate website you could think of. My home was only one the market for four days before I received a full price offer! I still can't believe it. During the negotiation process between myself and the buyer, Danai helped me understand what was being asked. And once my closing date approached, the process was seamless. Overall I had a wonderful experience with Danai as my realtor, and I will definitely reach back out to her when it's time to buy my next property!

I started out with trying to purchase a short sale, which, as was expected, was a very long process, throughout which Danai continuously followed up with the several parties involved (owner, negotiator, bank, my lender) and updated me on the status. When it fell through, Danai helped me look through a number of units and provide background information on them, advise on neighborhoods, and give a heads up on upcoming listings. I was new to real estate terminology and search in general, and Danai had a tremendous amount of patience and positive attitude throughout the process. I would recommend Danai to anyone looking to purchase or sell in DC area.

Teresa came highly recommended by a few friends with whom they used as their mortgage lender....and when it was clear my loan with NFCU wasn't going to close in time (I had a strict timeline of one month to completely close on a home), I decided to give Teresa a call. She not only worked her magic but swooped right in and saved my entire home buying experience!!! Because of her great work and fast delivery, my loan was finalized within 2.5 weeks after going under contract on the home, which even impressed the selling side. Teresa's knowledge of the industry, incredible customer service, great attention to detail, and strong work ethic won me over for a lifetime!!! Now that I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and am going through this painful home buying process all over again (times 10, because the SF real estate market is just that ridiculous), it saddens me that I won't be able to use Teresa's lending services here!!!
