Having an agent respond at a timely manner is what keeps this industry moving. Kenneth has been great in both transactions. We received the ratified contracts and got the job done! I have no complaints about his quality of work and would instead praise his attention to detail. Kenneth also does not focus on the commission and leave/disappear after the closing. We had a post-closing issue on whether the sellers had taken bricks from the property. Kenneth took it upon himself (after the seller's agent and seller would not replace the bricks or pay for them) to go to home depot and replace the bricks himself. Furthermore, he has been very accommodating on meeting times and location. He makes it so working with him is easy and flexible. I HIGHLY recommend Kenneth Wang as a realtor in all of DMV area!

As FIRST TIME homeowners, the process looks overwhelming and each step of that process from scouting the area for available homes to the home inspection and all the paperwork to sign felt much more daunting and nerve wracking than expected. BUT that is why you need experts on your side and we found that in Bob. He provided us with guidance every step of the way and had an armamentarium of information necessary for us at all decision points to figure out what our next plan of actions were. He was also cognizant of our time crunch in finding a home quickly and ensured our VA loan was in the hands of the right mortgage company. In the end, we found ourselves a beautiful home that fit our needs and budget in a great location. We will miss living in DC proper, but are excited to live out in suburbia knowing DC is just a drive/metro away. In addition to Bob, Compass works as a team and there are other superb realtors such as Gordon and Elyse who selflessly took their time and energy to helping us. They do a fabulous job in the DMV market as a whole and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any of your real estate needs.

It was always a smooth process. So when it came time to finally sell the final property there was no question in my mind who I would turn to handle the transaction. The sale was made as part of a 1031 Exchange which takes special expertise and Mark brought this and much more to the table making the entire process as efficient and as transparent as possible. His market analysis and subsequent contract negotiation was on the mark - pun intended - and we brought the sale to close in record time. Timing was important because of the Exchange requirements which necessitate closure within some very strict parameters. To assist in this Mark referred me to an excellent colleague of his in my acquisition market - Richmond, VA - and that proved key in making the entire process work. What could have been a tricky - and costly - procedure went very quickly and very smoothly. My time in the Reston market both as a resident and investor has now come to a close but were that ever to change Mark would be the first person I'd call to get it taken care of. He is a person of integrity whose opinions I value, skills as an agent I admire, and recommendations I have faithfully and profitably followed. If you're in need of a truly professional real estate agent, I highly recommend him to you. He does not disappoint. Thanks Marks!

Tyler's recommendations on prepping for sale were spot on, once accomplished, we listed and had a contract within two weeks. Two days prior to closing a problem developed between the buyer and their lender (they were pre-approved). Tyler spent hours working with the buyer's agent, lenders and ourselves to develop a solution. The revised contract for a pre-occupancy mitigated exposure and risk as another lender was obtained. Tyler's local knowledge, dedication to his clients and integrity are beyond reproach. We felt as if we got the attention of someone with a multi million dollar estate when in fact we were selling a mid 300s home. Would highly recommend Tyler if you are in need of a real estate professional in the Warrenton area.

Steve Bradley and Bradley Group Realtors have provided real estate services on behalf of my family…read morefor a number of years. We have found them to be extremely responsive, detail-oriented and they get results!! Great results!! In selling our home, Bradley Group provided assistance with staging and general advice to help present our home to prospective buyers. They helped us get a solid offer within a week of listing. A couple of years later we purchased a short sale, and Bradley Group was our Realtor. Our offer was submitted and accepted in February, and we closed at the end of April. Everyone who is familiar with purchasing of short sale homes has been amazed when we talk about the timeline for completing our purchase. Bradley Group finds the best of the best in lenders to work with, and made sure we were satisfied with the experience. We have recommended Bradley Group to our friends and family, and they, too have the same home-buying and selling success that we experienced. We have tried other realtors and all we got was an inbox full of listings for us to pore through - none of which seemed to match what we said we were looking for. We called Bradley Group and worked with Steve. He listened to us and looked at the example listings we sent for him to match in his search. He did send us emails with homes for us to look at, but they were spot on with what we told him we were looking for. Every house we looked at, Steve was familiar with the neighborhood and had a wealth of information about the area we were looking at moving to. Steve lives and breathes real estate, and I'm convinced he knows everything there is to know about buying and selling homes in Northern Virginia. There was not a question he couldn't answer for us. When you're buying or selling your house, it can be very stressful. With Steve, we were able to leave all of the heavy lifting to him and his team. They told us everything we needed to do, and we could just focus on those tasks, with no worries that they would drop the ball and cause us to lose out on getting our house. I was happy to finally close on our home, but so sad that the experience with Steve was over. I wish I could buy another house just to have a chance to work with Steve and Bradley Group Realtors again. I will continue to have Bradley Group represent us for home purchases and sales, with no thought of going to someone else. If you want a Realtor who is on your side and won't stop working to get you that dream home that fits your budget and needs, and the Realtor who will guide you through the process to get your home sold, do yourself a favor and call Bradley Group Realtors. I can't say enough about them....

I looked at review scores and Steve came up as #1. I couldn't agree more. Although he was working with 100+ DOM, this did not deter him. He priced us better and was very proactive with the buyer's realtors as they came through the house for showings. We weren't able to sell last year (no fault of Steve--it was way past the buying season) so Steve gave us the most optimal choices and never pushed us. He gave us honest answers of the current market activity. So we decided to take it off the market and try again this year. With Steve's guidance, we were able to decide the best approach to position ourselves this year. He priced us well and gave us suggestions on what to spruce up and more importantly, what NOT to spruce up (waste of $$ with no benefit) and when he listed the house on "coming soon" status, someone snatched the house right up within 24 hours of listing. We just went to settlement last week and there were no bumps throughout the process. We had already moved out of the area so he managed the property for us while it was off the market and while we had workers come out to service our yard and home for various reasons (lawn mow, HVAC and plumbing maintenance, carpet cleaning, etc). If i could give Steve 10 stars i would. You'd be a fool not to use Steve to sell your home.
