The staff is super friendly and always brings great energy and the people who work out there are just as locked in and positive, so it's easy to stay consistent. Even though it's a little difficult to get book sometimes, the sauna is clutch after a workout and the fact that they offer assisted stretching sessions, massage guns and immune boost treatments, amongst other things is a game-changer. They also have this outdoor training area with turf, if you want some fresh air or sun. You don't see all of this at many gyms in SD. It's little stuff like these things that makes you actually look forward to going back. If you're looking for a gym that's got everything and makes you feel good while you're grinding, this is the spot.
