We've used several rubbish removal services over the 20 years we'd lived in our house, but Doug's might be the best. They quoted a fair price, then worked quickly and efficiently to take away all the trash. Even swept up afterwards! Terrific service, thanks!!!

I have been meaning to write about how great these guys were for a while - but life happens. Anyway…read more- here we go. We needed a relatively straightforward local move, only 5 blocks, in fact, from one condo to another. I called about a dozen places and received ridiculous estimates from many of them ($1,600 for a 5 hour job? Really??). Ezmoov gave the lowest estimate and there appeared to be no hidden fees. Communication with Andry was clear, timely and straightforward. I was a bit nervous, because there weren't many reviews and the price just seemed too good. On the day, however, the guys turned up on time, in a nice truck and not obviously hungover (it happens!). They did a fantastic job, with no complaining or messing around. On top of that, they were both really nice and interesting guys, so I even had a good conversation into the bargain! The estimate turned out to be virtually spot on, nothing was damaged, payment was easy and it turned out to be the smoothest move we have ever had (there have been too many...). All this for a third of the cost of their competitors. I can not recommend this company highly enough. If you have any doubts, feel free to message me. You can absolutely trust this company.

I can't say enough good things about this company!…read more I had to move my mother from her condo of 40 years to a private assisted living condo. Meredith (owner) was not only immediately responsive to my inquiry, he was able to schedule the move quickly. My mother had been in hospital, and it was clear that she could not go back to living alone in her own home (age 97!). We found a fabulous option for her, where she could have all of her own furniture. My brother insisted on moving her bedroom on his own so she could be checked out of the hospital faster. I BEGGED him to let me hire professional movers (and pay for it) and he got angry and insisted on doing it himself. So on top of moving my mother's stuff, I had to ask Meredith to now take two pieces of furniture (that my brother damaged beyond belief in his DIY move efforts) to a furniture repair location - which he happily accommodated. Jim is prompt, reliable, polite, efficient, kind, good humoured and just great to work with - AND his pricing is very reasonable.

He did a truly outstanding job on both, above and beyond expectations.   On top of an impressive and exemplary job, you even offered me a sizable discount (who does that?). Unbelievable.   Your accomplished customer service, hyper-attention to detail, seamless and stress-free execution, unwavering integrity and pedigree, and a passionate and consistent desire to execute and deliver the absolute highest quality possible is incredibly rare and so appreciated. There is no other service I will ever use or enthusiastically recommend.   I suppose this "quick note" was a challenge. Turns out, it's quite impossible to express my thanks for your work in a short, dashed off missive.   Bravo, Dana!   Phil
