We needed a transfer from rural Pennsylvania to rural Virginia, and Patrick was happy to accommodate us. He communicated well and arrived precisely on time - wearing a suit! He loaded our luggage into the immaculate and very large SUV, while telling us about some potential traffic delays. The traffic turned out to not be quite so bad, and we arrived at our destination a little bit early. Patrick played excellent music, and kept us entertained with stories for most of the trip. And when we arrived, he carried our luggage to the door. And all that, for a very reasonable rate - not much more than if we'd rented a car and driven ourselves. I just don't see any other option for the next time I'm in the region - Patrick will be the first call I make.

Bus driver didn't have a key and didn't seem concerned that we had a bus full of 3rd graders who had to drive all the way home to WV with no bathroom. Apparently the EZ Passes were low on funds, so we had to avoid part of the toll road on the way home, making our 1:45 bus ride take 2:30 (traffic was also bad, but c'mon, driving through Tyson's Corner at rush hour??? NOT a good choice!). Low and behold 2 hours into the drive we have kids crying because they can't go to the bathroom. We ask them to pull the buses over so the kids can use the bathroom on one of the other buses, they refuse. The whole time the bus driver is complaining about how it's not the bus company's fault that someone locked the door. Well, I disagree. WHY is there NO KEY?????? It's a bus full of kids. Something like this is bound to happen. What if a kid got locked in there and couldn't figure out how to get back out??? Never mind the fact that we paid extra to go on a charter bus for the very reason that we KNEW kids would need to use the bathroom. This company has some soul-searching to do. If you're going to offer this type of service, you need to be ready for any and all situations. I won't pay to go on another trip through them. I think all of the parents on that bus and the other one in which the bathroom was "broken" should get a partial refund.

Don't know very much about that company, however I am appalled that this company would have the audacity to be so rude to a new neighbor that has purchase a local tavern next door, and trying to make things happen. They want to charge the tavern a fee of $600 - $800 per month so that patrons can park and enjoy some food, drinks and entertainment. Disgusting way to treat a neighbor, and I feel they can figure out a way to work things out. (Like offer employees a discount off their food bill. What a shame, after all the money this bus company gets every year from TAX Paying citizens to take children to school. KARMA may be just around the corner!! GW.

Lincoln was only to provide transportation, but each one of us was given a packet of materials to make it easier to navigate around the historical area- a pleasant surprise! As a woman I did NOT get treated fairly though by my employer. Females were treated as inferior and I was not the only employee to say this. Having his daughter-in-law in charge made situations more complicated (Eg: what the Daughter-in-Laws says was truth & nothing I said would change that). There was a period of time when the DIL was babysitting her sister's baby AT the office!! It was extremely difficult to schedule transportation with a screaming baby in the background because she wouldn't lay down for a nap or needed her diaper changed. It was literally a daycare for at least a year!!!! I was let go for something that wasn't my fault or even my department. The office is very disorganized & the owner is arrogant. He doesn't even know the processes to run his own company!! I found the scheduler on his iPad for personal use on multiple occasions during paid company time. This caused issues with the drivers not getting the right information. The equipment (buses etc) is old and needs to be replaced with newer models. It's all about saving money and not how can we service the client better. Most of the "good reviews" are for John allowing his buses to be used for free for good causes. (BTW, he does it also cuz it's good advertising. Words from the horses mouth) It's really sad.
