Three banks actually, by attrition of merger and acquisitions but anyway, sort of testing the water with a few banks and they've been okay. This location gets busy and sometimes needs a security guard/parking lot attendant to direct traffic, but they've never given me a hard time about cashing larger withdrawals, which I sometimes get at other branches; unnecessarily making me jump through hoops. Cordial customer service.

No matter WHAT day or WHAT time of day I go to this Wells Fargo location there is only ONE teller on duty in the lobby and one on the window. This is not only not acceptable it's ridiculous!!! And this type of non-customer service is why I keep the bulk of my money (and I have more than you might think) at a Credit Union and only use Wells Fargo as a back-up when traveling. Stop conducting your business like KMart with only one register open, because you see what happened to them.

My husband and I have been using Vystar since we were married nearly 16 years ago; although, I…read morethink it was a different name back then. Too many years ago for me to remember now. LOL Obviously we really like our bank or we would have changed. We love Vystar. When we lived in Orlando a decade ago and Vystar was only in Jacksonville, it's still the only bank we used. Even back then they made it so easy to scan a check in to make a deposit. Now, we just use our iPhone or iPad. But now, it's very rare a check needs to be deposited. Who writes checks anymore? LOL I am just thrilled that Vystar has now ventured into Central Florida and that this branch exists because sometimes you really do just need to go into a branch and sit down and talk with someone. It's rare, but it happens. I was shocked when we pulled up though because this branch is tiny compared to all the branches in Jacksonville. I guess it's because the popular here in the Debary/Sanford area is not nearly what the population is in Jax. Doesn't matter the size though, it still works! It's actually better because my husband needed to use the ATM to make a cash deposit and he was able to park and walk right up to it without having to wait in a line. Smaller populations can be a good thing. If you're contemplating using Vystar for anything, don't hesitate. They truly are a great bank/credit union.

The young lady deposits the check and gives me a receipt they're quick they're friendly. They have their own parking lot so it's not too busy. The inside is clean and organized and you can use the app or the online feature to make appointments or you can walk in and wait for an appointment Depending on what you need. They have a lot of different services that are valuable for small business owners definitely worth checking out and comparing to the other banks in the area. I will say the customer service has been 10 out of 10 since we started using them back in December.

For the last few months they have gotten nothing but problems cashing a check written from his account. The manager Shannon failed to communicate properly what the issue is and instead comes up with something different every month in order to give them a hard time. In my opinion it is a personality clash with the caregiver or straight up discrimination because they can go to any other branch and be treated with respect. PNC as a company is phenomenal it is just a shame that this one branch brings down what they are trying to represent.

Any one of the tellers should be able to order me a new card. One of the lobby assistance tried to help me do it online but for some reason it wouldn't work just like when I tried at home using the app. There are 4 account specialists and 3 tellers. In an hour and a half the account specialist have only called one other customer to assist. Like I said they really need to simplify things because each of their specialist taking two hours with one customer is not streamlining any processes. None of them are here for a mortgage.

Dealing with a death in my family and becoming executor/power of attorney over my elderly parents…read more The paperwork process takes entirely too long. It seems like there's not one standard process across the board for all branches and it's more how the person interprets it on how I receive it as a customer which means 10 customers can have the same issue but get 10 different answers. Today I worked with a personal banker named Jessica C she was well informed, and she went above and beyond, helping me with a few other issues that align with the paperwork side of things I would say that Chase has a huge opportunity to improve and streamline several of their processes. They're allowing an exception to become the standard and that's not good, especially when you have so many different people working on the same thing. Overall, Chase is a great bank have been banking with them for several years personally and with the business we own there's just areas that they could do better
