The young lady deposits the check and gives me a receipt they're quick they're friendly. They have their own parking lot so it's not too busy. The inside is clean and organized and you can use the app or the online feature to make appointments or you can walk in and wait for an appointment Depending on what you need. They have a lot of different services that are valuable for small business owners definitely worth checking out and comparing to the other banks in the area. I will say the customer service has been 10 out of 10 since we started using them back in December.

It seems like there's not one standard process across the board for all branches and it's more how the person interprets it on how I receive it as a customer which means 10 customers can have the same issue but get 10 different answers. Today I worked with a personal banker named Jessica C she was well informed, and she went above and beyond, helping me with a few other issues that align with the paperwork side of things I would say that Chase has a huge opportunity to improve and streamline several of their processes. They're allowing an exception to become the standard and that's not good, especially when you have so many different people working on the same thing. Overall, Chase is a great bank have been banking with them for several years personally and with the business we own there's just areas that they could do better
