I am a personal and business account holder with PNC Bank.
Mostly use drive-through services for check deposit .
This place usually isn't very busy. The young lady deposits the check and gives me a receipt they're quick they're friendly. They have their own parking lot so it's not too busy. The inside is clean and organized and you can use the app or the online feature to make appointments or you can walk in and wait for an appointment Depending on what you need.
They have a lot of different services that are valuable for small business owners definitely worth checking out and comparing to the other banks in the area. I will say the customer service has been 10 out of 10 since we started using them back in December. read more
If it was possible to give less than one star I would. My father is a disabled veteran who has a 24 hour care taker . she has been taking care of him for six years. For the last few months they have gotten nothing but problems cashing a check written from his account. The manager Shannon failed to communicate properly what the issue is and instead comes up with something different every month in order to give them a hard time. In my opinion it is a personality clash with the caregiver or straight up discrimination because they can go to any other branch and be treated with respect. PNC as a company is phenomenal it is just a shame that this one branch brings down what they are trying to represent. read more
The good: They were open on Saturday.
The bad: Holy cow where do I start? If you don't make an appointment they will be really rude and won't help you. Not kidding. Other than withdrawal or deposit if you have anything else you need their reaction is pretty much good luck make an appointment and come back. The teller and the banker were so rude to a 70 year old woman right in front of us who needed to close her account (I can see why). We came into PNC to open an account to use in conjunction with USAA. The banker didn't bring us into a private room (we sat at a desk in the lobby) and he asked us a lot of really personal financial questions including asking for us to tell him our social security numbers. Are you kidding me? In a bank full of people? Dudes trying to get us robbed. Or he's an idiot. We only opened an account because where we're moving to, there's no Fairwinds bank. Safe to say I'll never be back to this branch office though. read more
My wife and I had to deal with some frustrating mortgage concerns the day after my mother-in-law's passing, so feelings were "raw." Keith was both kind and compassionate. He's stayed in touch throughout the week and gave me confidence that it would work out correctly. Thank you, Keith! read more
