LOL Obviously we really like our bank or we would have changed. We love Vystar. When we lived in Orlando a decade ago and Vystar was only in Jacksonville, it's still the only bank we used. Even back then they made it so easy to scan a check in to make a deposit. Now, we just use our iPhone or iPad. But now, it's very rare a check needs to be deposited. Who writes checks anymore? LOL I am just thrilled that Vystar has now ventured into Central Florida and that this branch exists because sometimes you really do just need to go into a branch and sit down and talk with someone. It's rare, but it happens. I was shocked when we pulled up though because this branch is tiny compared to all the branches in Jacksonville. I guess it's because the popular here in the Debary/Sanford area is not nearly what the population is in Jax. Doesn't matter the size though, it still works! It's actually better because my husband needed to use the ATM to make a cash deposit and he was able to park and walk right up to it without having to wait in a line. Smaller populations can be a good thing. If you're contemplating using Vystar for anything, don't hesitate. They truly are a great bank/credit union.

The young lady deposits the check and gives me a receipt they're quick they're friendly. They have their own parking lot so it's not too busy. The inside is clean and organized and you can use the app or the online feature to make appointments or you can walk in and wait for an appointment Depending on what you need. They have a lot of different services that are valuable for small business owners definitely worth checking out and comparing to the other banks in the area. I will say the customer service has been 10 out of 10 since we started using them back in December.

It seems like there's not one standard process across the board for all branches and it's more how the person interprets it on how I receive it as a customer which means 10 customers can have the same issue but get 10 different answers. Today I worked with a personal banker named Jessica C she was well informed, and she went above and beyond, helping me with a few other issues that align with the paperwork side of things I would say that Chase has a huge opportunity to improve and streamline several of their processes. They're allowing an exception to become the standard and that's not good, especially when you have so many different people working on the same thing. Overall, Chase is a great bank have been banking with them for several years personally and with the business we own there's just areas that they could do better
