When I stayed at Kellogg Square is was less than $30 a month. I was paying around $100 monthly here. Initial Impression: Rental Assistants: Loved Lupe! Very nice. Communication is a little on the slow side. If you email with questions you won't always get a reply. Be sure to have your questions ready when you do your showing. Parking Sucks: My parking spot was being used by other people so I would park in the guest parking my first several days. My husband was yelled at by a rental manager as the spots were for guests only. When I told them my spot was taken they went to look during the middle of the day (when people are at work) and basically called me a liar. Luckily I took pictures of the cars I found in my spot. They then apologized and gave me a better spot. Staff: The security people at night are awesome. I enjoyed talking to them. So were the valet people for the Hyatt and the bartender at the Hyatt! I also enjoyed seeing staff at their building parties. Amenities: Excellent! Oddly they go unused most days. Pool was a little on the cold side for my liking. Kids enjoyed it though. Safety: The location is not safe. This is one of the main reasons I decided to leave. One night I heard a woman screaming and horns honking out my window. There were men trying to carjack people by walking in the middle of Kellogg to block them. This was very scary. Also, you can walk to lots of places but be prepared to be sexually harassed or followed. I even received a proposal on my walk to World of Beers! Security Deposit/Move Out-In: Move out and in was very easy. They let you go to the lower level where you can access dolly's and elevators. I like that their security deposit is low. I did not like that they charged me $70 for two hours of cleaning. I left the place extremely clean. I am guessing they charge everyone this to make up for standard move out work they do that most places would cover (like Kellogg Square!). It's unfortunate a few instances tainted my experience. I do think most people would enjoy and be very happy here.

Once we realized the problem, Heritage staff Renate worked quickly to get him into a different apartment. I don't know what we would have done had they not worked with us. However, they have a major parking problem, and the management has outright refused to address the issue. Their solution: Pay $50 a month extra for a garage (if you own a full-sized pickup it won't fit) to ensure you have off street parking. Even now (2/20/19) I've been told there's a waitlist for garages. Parking here is NOT controlled. They give you a parking pass, but this is just window dressing. The parking lots are for everyone's use (residents, off lease people living here, friends, and even random people). In winter the property management hires a vendor to plow the snow in the lots. The problem is they plow it in to parking spaces. In the lot in front of my building we've already lost 10 spaces to snow storage. The lot is commonly full by 7:00 PM and, if you leave, you're likely going to have to park on the street and take your chances with getting a ticket (like several residents 3 days ago). Still the management refuses to act to ensure residents have a place to park, or even enforce parking of residents only (and give guests temp parking passes or a few spaces in each lot). Don't take my word for it, ask the following questions when calling or on your tour: 1. Is there enough parking to ensure residents can find parking off-street? 2. Is parking an issue in the winter? 3. If I can't find a place to park when I arrive, and it's a snow emergency, where do I park? Finally, STOP and ask residents themselves before you go in or as you leave. They'll confirm what this review states.

He also came to my apartment on a Sunday (I'm sure his day off) as I had a water alarm beeping and couldn't find it. He's open and requests feedback about the property and incorporates the feedback. I have two dogs so I've mentioned we should have a dog wash center, and we have one opening soon! I'm sure I'm not the sole reason and others have likely also requested but that just shows they listen to residents and take action. Daniel is amazing. He's friendly, helpful and obviously cares about his role and the residents. He's quick to reply, assist in anyway, and always happy to do so. I thankfully haven't needed a ton of maintenance but when I do need to submit a request they are quick to fix any issues. Rob is usually the maintenance guy that completes work orders these days and he's great at his job and super nice. He also is friendly with my dogs whenever he sees them (pretty much daily) and gives them ample pets. They get very excited whenever they see him. Paying rent and submitting maintenance requests through the online portal was a breeze and they were very quick to respond and take care of any issues. And I am a big fan of the credit card laundry. There was a dip in maintenance of the common areas during the lockdown, but it was improving before I moved last year. Despite the buildings being non-smoking, some folks disregarded that part of the lease. And unfortunately, some of neighborhoods where their buildings are located have experienced an uptick in crime. I enjoyed my time as a tenant with Copenhagen and would definitely recommend them.

I didn't see other apartments in this price range (sub-$2,000) with crown molding, subtle wall accent color, 1000+ sq ft, and even in-unit full-size washer/dryers. However, I would have preferred a more functional breakfast bar, a bit more kitchen counter space, and a gas range in lieu of the electric stove. Stoneleigh is a large complex with over 300 apartments spread across four buildings. The main building is pet-free and hosts two fitness centers, two common areas that can be rented for the day, along with the leasing offices. Speaking of leasing, ask for Barbara when you visit, as she was a joy to work with and on top of all of the paperwork with appropriate follow-up. There is a lovely large pool outside the main building, with charcoal grills beyond in a shaded picnic area (no propane grills available). Grocery stores, a Target, Starbucks, and the like are all a 5-minute drive away. A major bicycle trail heads north to Maple Grove from this complex.

I delayed buying a condo for an extra year because I didn't want to be "on my own" without these two teams. A sign of a great leader is one who won't ask his team to do anything he is not willing to do. Andrew models "leading by example." CSM refuses to deal with obscene noise issues…read more Living in an apartment building there is bound to be noise issues. I have lived here for years and yes sometimes there is some noise. For the most part, it has not been an issue. However, my current upstairs neighbors have been making obscene amounts of noise. It sounds like elephants having sex. But it happens for hours everyday. I make my first complain in early April 2024. Management acknowledged it. The noise persisted a couple weeks later so I lodged another complain. Again they acknowledged. Noise issues continued to persist and I have continued to file complaints but now they refuse to acknowledge. I started going to the office when these issues happened, in addition to the written complaints. One of the managers even came to my unit to listen to the problem first hand. She then left to go talk to the neighbors. However, the noise persists. The last communication I've received is that the upstairs neighbors will move soon and they promise to try to stay quiet in the meantime. There has been frequent noise since then, but my complaints are now being ignored. I want to mention once again that I have not had this issue with any other upstairs neighbors. This is the only time. At this point I have made at least a dozen complaints from April-June 2024. I have provided over a dozen videos proving the issue. They have seen the issues first hand. Most people would move out after 2 weeks of this. I have dealt with this for 3 months. I have exhibited an incredible amount of patience and yet they do nothing to resolve the situation.
