We hired Jerry from Rhudd's Landscape to complete the crushed stone foundation for a 10x14' reeds…read moreferry shed and we are entirely satisfied with the work performed. I used yelp to send out the job request to a dozen landscapers in the Boston area and we ended up having 6 come to the property to provide estimates. Jerry's estimate was 25% less than any of the other companies, including the big name ("& sons") in Milton. Jerry provided the estimate within 24 hours (unlike half the landscapers who provided estimates, who took as long as 2 weeks to submit) and also was able to work us in to their schedule much much earlier than I expected based on conversations with other landscapers. The team appeared to be using top of the line equipment and were amazingly professional throughout their time on the job. Fantastic work and 100% I have already begun recommending their work to my neighbors, so I'm looking forward to seeing Rhudd's back on the street soon I hope.

This will be an odd review, because I did not actually hire the company. That said, Michael came…read moreover to view my job, which involved excess water off my property impacting my next door neighbor. I thought I was going to have to rejigger all of my gutters for thousands of dollars, but Michael identified the real problem as lying in my neighbor's driveway, which had a dip next to his basement door where all of the water collected. Plus, his drainage system had never been cleaned (he's owned the building for 24 years). The solution then that Michael urged us to was first for my neighbor to contact Roto Router to clean out his drains. In the event that didn't do the trick, another easy solution he suggested was redirecting my downspout from the back of the building to the front. So, while I had no need to hire Primestone, the advice my neighbor and I received (for free!) was sufficient to resolve the problem for the present, and likely into the future. Many thanks Michael!

They routinely,…read moreincluding today, plow all the snow from the parking lot across a major street - Centre Street in Jamaica Plain - and leave it on the street in front of our building. This is in violation of city ordinances to not dump snow on the street, is totally disrespectful of others since they leave a deep and high wall of snow where our parking spaces are and on road which is used by cars and buses on city emergency access road where one can't park during snow emergencies. They're rude and obnoxious.

I really appreciate Cesar's honoring his promises and going overboard to make sure I was happy with the job. I will hire him in a heartbeat for my next project.
