I think they just need to reformulate the amounts of the ingredients that go into the smoothies. All of their smoothies have a spinach and kale base. I ordered the Sobi-Smoothie "Strawberries and Cream", which had strawberries, bananas, coconut milk, almonds, and cranberries. My cousin ordered the Mumbai Mango, which had mangoes, bananas, and coconut milk. Our other cousin ordered the Chocolate Cherry. While I enjoyed tasting all the smoothies, I felt that they mostly tasted the same; the only smoothie where I could taste all the flavors was the Chocolate Cherry. The use of coconut milk in the other two smoothies was extremely heavy-handed because that was the dominant flavor in both of them. You couldn't even taste the bananas, which are usually a very strong flavor profile. It felt like we were mostly drinking the coconut milk smoothies with a hint of strawberries or a hint of mangoes, not the other way around. That said, you definitely feel good about yourself when you eat here because you know exactly what you're putting into your body.
