This place pleasantly exceeded my expectations. Many things met my expectations of the Fairfield Marriott experience. But at the price we paid, to get window view this lovely makes me so happy! We took some nice family photos outside by the outdoor area right next to the breakfast area. Pool was small but met our needs for the kids to splash around and cool off. I like that the hotel was walkable to restaurants. I felt nice and safe in this area. And walking by the water was a nice experience too. read more

I was in town for work, so I can care less about views, but if that's your thing- sure there's a nice view of the lake. Fairly new build that's walking distance to bars and food. Lobby is spacious with TVs, places to sit, outdoor area has lots of seating and fire pit as well. Rooms are standard Marriott, why I only stay at Marriott. I was more so impressed by the evening shift young man working the front desk. Made my stay enjoyable, helping me with whatever I needed and good talks and local insight. I stayed here for a night with my two teenage sons and we had a wonderful time. The room was clean and had plenty of room, a phenomenal shower, and great amenities like a microwave and mini fridge. The staff were welcoming. We took a walk around the lake behind the property, swam in the pool, and used the fitness center. For a small hotel, the gym had a very nice assortment of free weights and cardio options. The included breakfast in the morning was legit. My boys loved the bacon, eggs, and oatmeal. 10/10 would stay here again. read more

This place is amazing for a small town!! Right on the water on the outskirts of downtown. We came in for business and a little family fun. I didn't wanna pay extra for the water view so we opted for a parking lot view which honestly wasn't half bad. Still had a decent view. The room was super clean and the layout was great. Their pool is clean and amazing. My son loved it. It also faces the water which was an extra perk. We stayed for two days which means, breakfast and breakfast was actually pretty decent. They had a good amount of things to eat and the hot food changes daily which is nice. Overall, we loved this place and if we ever come back will definitely be staying again. read more

This is a nice, fairly new hotel. I requested a room with a view of the lake and it did not disappoint. My room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and there was ample workspace at a desk. My only complaint is that they have such a limited number of TV channels. When I'm tired and wanting to fall asleep, I like to watch channels that show repeats of show us such as friends or modern family, which I normally find available at Bonvoy hotels. None of that was available here. I recommend that they expand their channel selections or, better yet, install smart TVs. My biggest beef with Bonvoy and other hotels is that they don't have smart TVs in the rooms. I would love to be able to stream my own recordings while I'm at a hotel. read more

Driving thru and my company ended up booking the majority of the hotel and the rooms were really nice and clean and modern hopefully they maintain the up keep of the hotel it's centrally located to down town within walking distance to local restaurants and business the view was priceless too bad wasn't able to enjoy it as much as I wanted to the rooms come with a microwave which now a days is a must along with a refrigerator who can afford to go out to eat now love how clean this hotel. Friendly workers, good location, nice outdoor seating overlooking a decently big lake (though the lake attracted a ton of mosquitoes and bugs that made sitting outside not overly pleasant), decent free breakfast, and a decent, albeit small pool. We stayed two nights at the K Falls Fairfield, and were very pleased. It's a very nice, newer building; and part of what was obviously supposed to be a larger development, but much of the rest seems to have stalled. Regardless, the Fairfield is a gem, even if nothing around it is completed. The location is just a few blocks from downtown, which was handy. We reserved a lakefront room with two queens, and we were not disappointed with the view. We left the blinds open the whole time, even at night, because we enjoyed seeing the lights across the lake. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for our stay. One extremely nice feature was a filtered water bottle filling station on the first floor. We all brought metal HydroFlask style water bottles with us, so we filled up periodically -- and used it for my morning coffee in the room, too. The hotel had 11-oz. bottles of "Fiji" brand water for sale in the room -- for $4 per bottle. I'm not sure why you would pay for that, when there's filtered water downstairs for free. The breakfast was not the best I've ever seen, but I did thoroughly enjoy the little breakfast sandwiches they had available -- and you can add your own bacon, etc. if you want. There were also bagels for toasting, an assortment of cold cereals, and some very green bananas -- I was happy to see some fresh fruit, but would have liked more selection. The coffee served downstairs was also quite good, and I'm a coffee snob (the coffee in the room wasn't so good, though). It was refreshing to have raw sugar as an option for sweetener. The only thing I could really complain about with the breakfast was the inefficient layout of the serving spoons and tongs for the hot food -- there were four separate serving utensils, all set out together, and then the warming trays were all in a row to the right. So if you wanted more than one item, you had to go back and forth between the utensils and the warming trays -- which is difficult with people in line behind you. Everyone from Fairfield that we interacted with was polite and friendly, too. If we need to stay in K Falls again, we will definitely be back. read more

Had a great stay while traveling from NorCal up to Washington. Rooms were updated, clean, and homey. The continental breakfast was actually quite good! The staff's customer service was the best. We woke up to a winter storm and were worried we might not get out (no chains/4wheel drive/winter tires), but they were able to help and give as much as advice as possible. They told me at the desk that this hotel opened only in 2020, so it is very new. The place is very well maintained and is a delightful place to stay at while you are in Klamath Falls. It's located right next to the lake. There is a walking path along the lake, so you can easily step right outside and take a walk along the lake in the morning or evening while you are there. They have a very large parking lot and there is ample free parking. read more

This is a newer property in a great location - and the location makes it. Close to downtown Klamath Falls, and situated on Lake Ewauna - an old lumber mill log storage pond - location is great. Downside is that this hotel proved there is no advantage to being a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite member. We were not recognized as such, and, unlike most properties, we were not offered complimentary water or snacks. The interior of the hotel is clean, and tastefully decorated in a way to celebrate local history. Breakfast was nothing special, pre packed waffles, some eggs and bacon, and bananas. Meh! I would think the manager could step it up a little bit and offer more variety, especially at the price point. I recommend rooms facing the lake. Very pretty and quiet, walking paths nearby, lose to downtown. Ample parking. Fitness Center. read more

We were warmly greeted by Javier and the housekeeper who serviced our room was Juanita. Fantastic job by both of them. Breakfast was standard fare, coffee was good, the only fruit I saw was bananas. Microwave and mini-fridge in each room. The room was clean, plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash mounted to the wall. It's a newer property, so everything is still clean and fresh. There is a sign in the elevator stating no jumping or playing. I jumped once and nothing bad happened...to my knowledge. read more

During my overnight stay, the heater malfunctioned in the night. We set it to 67 but instead, it continued heating the room, until the extreme heat woke my husband and I up. It was at least low 90 degrees when it woke us up around 3 AM. When we called the desk, we were given a room next door, so we had to pack all of our stuff up at 3 AM to move. The room was still heating up the next day, so much so that the clerk told me that the cleaner walked right out of the room and couldn't clean due to the unbearable heat. In the night, the front desk clerk offered us what I thought was a comp for the room. But when I went to check out, I learned it was actually only a $30 discount on our stay. I asked for a better discount or refund due to the health hazard and electrical hazard we had faced, as well as based on what the overnight clerk had offered us. I was assured by the clerk that she would discuss with her manager and call me back promptly. Since then, I've called again and spoken to the same woman, who said again, that she would speak to her manager and call me back promptly. So far, I have yet to hear anything. I am frustrated and disappointed with the way this issue was handled. A $30 "discount" is not an acceptable response to a serious health hazard and electrical issue, not to mention just the frustration of having to move all of our stuff at 3 AM. I do not recommend this hotel and will no longer stay at Marriott hotels. read more

This was a very new hotel 2020, so it was still shiny, new and clean! The check in was easy and the staff friendly. Pool-I thought it was a jacuzzi when I saw it. It is VERY small. My eyes stung from all the chlorine in the air-even before I got in. None of the windows opened up to let in fresh air. They need to do a better job at circulating fresh air in. The Gym-It was great, the cardio machines look over the lake! However, none of the windows open up to fresh air. Again, felt like I was breathing in someone else's stinky stale air that was being covered by the smell of febreeze. The breakfast was so, so. The bathroom had a rain shower head, but no hand held shower head, so it made it difficult for my height challenged arms to adjust it. read more

The View of the Lake is amazing, but not only that the Staff are what make this hotel the Best Place to stay in Klamath Falls. Erica the GM is amazing and her team runs like a well oiled Machine, I didn't get all their names but Hope, Fawn, Rian were awesome, as well as the other Front Desk agents, housekeepers, engineers and breakfast attendants. The Breakfast was amazing, the workout room and pool were awesome. The hotel is clean, and follows all COVID precautions. I would only recommend this hotel in Kfalls. read more

As usual, Marriotts did an excellent job. This location is maybe a year old and they did an excellent job. Rooms and facilities very clean. Staff was friendly and very nice. Nice lake view. The shower hits the top of my list. Full walk in shower with a rain shower head that was high enough for me to actually take a shower without having to bend down(I'm 6'2"). Now, let's try to nit pick. We reserved and requested a lake side, they were all booked when we got there and before the night was over they were full. One light in the room we couldn't figure out how to turn on. So we went to the front desk and asked. So there is a "Master"switch at the front door that has to be on for it to work. Which is convenient when you leave to turn off the light in the far end of the room. No hard wire Ethernet plug in the room (That I could find). Asked at the front desk, not all rooms have hard wire Ethernet, but it is available in some rooms. So when I asked about these two things at the front desk the lady called Dave the maintenance guy to answer our questions, he did very polite and nice. We asked a question about the area and then Dave gave us a quick history of this location and surrounding area, cool used to be part of a saw mill from the Fost pond we passed on the way in. So, that's the best I could do to be critical. It was that nice. Over all it was a great choice. Price $$.3.good for the value. read more

A friend and I recently stayed at this Fairfield Marriott location and to say we were astounded would be putting it lightly. This stay was absolutely phenomenal. I hardly even know where to start. First, it's important to note, that there is a huge lake outside that was simply gorgeous to wake up to. We were able to take a stroll outside and were just taken by the beauty of it. Getting to the more important stuff. With Covid being our top concern, we were on the road looking over reviews for a hotel that we felt were taking the correct measures of cleanliness and safety. Marriott fit the bill for our requirements. We were told that the location had only been open for nine days at that point and that we would more than likely be the first to actually stay in our room which was actually kind of cool. I've never been the first to stay in any room, but that fact was pretty awesome. Everything in the room looked and felt clean and we felt like we could rest easy knowing that precautions were being taken. The sole reason of my review; however, was the staff. I booked with hotels.com and actually ended up getting double charged for my stay, but with the new systems and everything, it was understandable, I spoke with the manager and he was prompt and apologetic and wasted no time getting the double charge reversed. So even with that minor inconvenience, it didn't sway my opinion of this location whatsoever. The real star of my review, though was Emily. She was working the continental breakfast and was nothing short of a delight. My friend and I are not morning people by any stretch of the imagination and usually any amount of cheery in the morning doesn't do much for us, but Emily won us over effortlessly. Not only was she helpful by guiding us through the breakfast options, but she was friendly, bubbly and just such a joy to be around. She absolutely won our hearts and was such a positive start to our day. I work in the customer service/restaurant industry and I know when people say that nice old phrase of "this person deserves a raise", it falls on deaf ears because it just simply doesn't happen, but seriously, this is one of those times that I really wish it did. If she is representative of this location, you all are going to have more positive reviews coming your way, I'm sure of it. This experience shaped our trip and had us booking with Fairfield Marriott our entire trip. I've stayed in hotels by this chain before, but this experience was unlike any other. read more

Well designed, situated on a beautiful small lake with a walking path. Pool and gym. Pleasant and competent staff. Highly recommended.

This hotel is soooooo loud. You can hear everyone stomping around above you and anytime someone uses the shower or flushes a toilet. I also am really not a fan of the communal body wash and shampoo dispensers in the shower. I don't want to use the same soaps that many strangers have been using who stayed in the room before.
