You all should know that if you are looking for something different, something well-made, something that really suits you, you should come here. The staff is friendly and has a real eye for fashion. They can figure out what will look good on you in the first 30 seconds and will only bring you things that do. Things you might never even have picked up to look at will become your favorite wardrobe pieces, all thanks to the eagle-like fashion eyes of the women at the Grey Colt. And they remember, too. If your friend, or spouse, or mom comes in and says, "I want to get Mary something for Christmas/birthday/Arbor Day," they will immediately recall the sweater you were drooling over the week before - or be able to pick out things that you will just flat love, simply by remembering your taste. They ain't cheap. At least, not for Ohio. That's why you visit them during the sidewalk sale too. We never received a call, so I called on February 28, the day we planned to pick them up. I was then told the job wasn't finished because of the engraving inside my partner's ring--even though he had clearly said from the beginning that it was fine if the engraving disappeared during resizing. After we repeated that it was fine, we were suddenly told to come in within a few hours. The other ring was mine, and it still didn't fit properly. That day, my partner asked for a very small adjustment--between a size 5 and 5.5 (around 5.25)--because 5.5 was loose and 5 was too tight. The tall female staff member said finger size can change with the weather. I understand that, but I was genuinely worried it could slip off when washing my hands. She told us to come back on Wednesday. When I returned on Wednesday, it honestly didn't feel resized. When I asked about it, the male staff member sighed and told me to "wear it for a week and come back if it still feels loose." He also said he could resize it down by a quarter size and wouldn't charge me for it. That left me even more confused and frustrated--if it could be adjusted that quickly, I don't understand why I was told to wait until Wednesday in the first place. Overall, the communication was poor and the service felt dismissive.

After a week or so, I'd heard nothing about my refund. Again I contacted US Wings via email only to discover that they will only issue an e-gift Certificate if you return a product without the original tags attached. THE PROBLEM IS there were never any tags attached to the jacket. Now I'm out $295, plus shipping, plus I don't want an e-gift card. I've escalated this issue with my bank. Furthermore, I'm going to the BBB. Buyer... do yourself a favor and read the other reviews here and on the BBB site. What I'm describing is a common US Wings practice. Finally, it's sad to me that a small US company acts like this. It's also pathetic that I have to go to a huge corporate bank to get any kind of justice. Sgt.
