I was surprised at what a nice establishment it was inside as the outside looks a bit rough. It is hard to see if you are just driving past. You'll want to look for the shop n save & lull into that lot. The bowling alley is located straight ahead towards the back of the lot. Aside from the chilly bathroom, it is pretty great. All of the workers were great and very accommodating to our large group. Everything seemed pretty clean and the service was quick. The prices are also inexpensive (food, drinks, bowling, shoes, etc.) From the pub, we ordered pizzas, wings, loaded nachos, & salad. Absolutely no complaints about the food. The wings were crispy, which I loved. They also provided us with to-go boxes without us even having to ask as we had a lot of extra. Beers in the pub were only $3.50 & mixed drinks $4. Where else can you get alcohol for those prices?! I would suggest checking this place out. I hope to go back soon for another work event!

I thanked him for the suggestion, and made it very clear to him that we just wanted something small to give the kids to nibble on since we had dinner plans. I was met with eye rolling and then told that I was wasting my money in a really aggressive tone. Just take my order. I dont want your onion rings. We asked for the rails to be put up for us since we had kids. A young lady said she would be right over. Never came. No problem, I went to the front and reminded her. She apologized and told us she forgot, but instead of coming right over, she didnt come to the lane for several minutes. We spent the first half of the first game with two frustrated kids who really were done getting gutter balls. Then the same thing happened with our sodas. The drinks never came. Reminded the cashier. No drinks. Reminded the cashier again. Finally. Drinks by the end of the first game of four people playing. Mind you, there is literally only one other family playing. We bowled 2 games, played a few games in the arcade and left. The family had a good time. Its nice to be able to have a nearby place to take everyone where you dont need to spend a lot, but can still have a good time. I just really hope that the management here improves the customer service. We really weren't asking for anything over the top.

Front desk staff was friendly and took the time to explain the different leagues available and found us a flyer to take home to decide if we wanted to join. The lanes worked great and only got stuck once in the whole 1.5hrs we played. A worker immediately noticed we needed help and fixed it quickly. I'll definitely be coming back here to bowl! Especially keep an eye out for Open House day, where you bowl for 2hrs free.

Walked in with my hubby around 7 on a Friday evening and was able to get a lane. We took advantage of the buy two games get a third half off and included shoe rentals special. It took us about an hour to play....hubby did really well... he didn't tell me he played on a league before we were married. I live, I learn ...at least I didn't take any of his bets. The lanes were very clean and I was pleased to see that they had new bowling shoes! Their prices are very reasonable compared to other bowling alleys, which I always appreciate. Everything was set up nicely and we had a great time at the facility! The reason I am giving this place 3 stores is simply because of customer service. First of all, the little attached bar was unattended, so we were directed to go to the main bar to get drinks. It's a little inconvenient when you're bowling because then you have to wait on whomever left to get the drinks. The most disappointing thing was how the older man treated us! He seemed like he had a larger role than just an employee- not sure if he was a manager. At 12:30 on the dot he turned the light back on and shut our lane down in the middle of the game. I went to ask him if he could give us access to our lane and he looked back at the clock and said, "Your time is up." I responded that it says they are open until 1, in which he said, "Oh, did you see that online?" When I told him that yes, I saw it online he acted as if he was doing me a favor and told me that he "guesses" we can bowl until 1 then. MEANWHILE, there was a large group of people a few lanes down that were not being subjected to this behavior from this man! He didn't touch their lane! Soooo unprofessional... if the customer service improved it would definitely be a 4-5 star facility.
