Organic cotton, natural fibers, classic pieces - if this sounds like your style, Faherty is for you! Men and women!
I can't wear polyester or other unnatural fibers; my skin needs to breathe. At Faherty, the clothing is made from 100% organic cotton, linen, and wool. Everything feels so wonderful against your skin and to the touch.
Many of their products are designed by members of the Standing Rock Lakota and Dakota Nation. I fell in love with the soft, organic cotton blankets by Doug Good Feather. The designs were clearly American Indian, and the colors are so soft, like the colors of a desert sunset. Even though I own dozens of throw blankets, I may need to get one!
Faherty is located in the previous Francesca's space. The shop is bright and spacious. And the clothing is an upgrade! While Francesca's targeted teens and young adults with fashion of the moment at affordable prices, the quality matched. Faherty has both men's and women's quality clothing in classics that you can wear year after year. Worth the investment, but here, the prices are very affordable.
For the guys, really handsome long sleeve shirts in various checks and plaids, solids in shades of blue, brown, tan, gray and white. Some flannels, jeans, sweaters, cargo pants, shorts - a great selection.
For the women there are dresses in various lengths, tops in a variety of sleeve lengths for layering, sweaters, long cardigans and jackets.
Going to See Eyewear this week, I discovered several new shops on this part of NW 23rd. Places that I will definitely visit again, probably the day I go back to pick up my glasses! read more
