The chicken biscuits are my favorite item to get at this restaurant. I love adding honey too so it's a great a combination with the crispy fried chicken and the buttery soft homemade biscuit. The reason I didn't give it a 5 star was the quality of the place settings. The utensils were plastic and the meal was placed on paper plates. If I'm sitting down at a restaurant, I would expect not to eat on to go plates and utensils. But hey, just my thought. I also wasn't a fan of the hash brown casserole as I was hoping for one a bit crispier. However, I will continue to go for their chicken biscuits. The place is convenient on the way to work as they have a drive thru section. read more

Fagan's (now Feed the Well) has been our Saturday morning tradition for several years now. We love this place. Great food, wonderful people. We typically do breakfast, but don't sleep on the lunch menu either. Absolutely recommend this place. read more

I really wanted to love this place. It's a super cute down home atmosphere and they have a drive thru! I love when restaurants like this have drive thrus! Unfortunately, the food is just not it. Country ham is inedibly salty. Two bites and I couldn't eat anymore. Hash brown casserole is complete mush, like no hash brown casserole I've ever had. Could literally be mashed potatoes. Eggs are exceedingly average. The one thing that was great, however, was the biscuit. Which is nice considering the name. It's huge and fluffy and one of the better tasting biscuits I've had. Sadly friendly service and a great biscuit isn't enough to save the place so I don't think I'll be back. read more

It hurts me to do this. I grew up coming here every morning before highschool and it was the best breakfast place around. "Feed the Well" new owner ship has ruined the experience for me. The quality and staff has all gone down hill. They said they will have bbq next month, every month lol. Prices went up and food got worse. I'm sorry but I'm done eating here. I miss you biscuit barn:( read more

Service was so good and fast. They were so sweet and patient as it was my first time ordering. I didn't go to the drive thru even though that's an extreme convenience and love that!!! But I went inside. I loved all my food. Everything was prepared well and seasoned. It's such a nice country food southern cooking and family type of vibe I'll surely be back here. They have different lunch specials for different days of the week plus breakfast and everything is very affordable read more

I want to get all up in yo biscuits, Fagan! Hubs was craving biscuits one Saturday morning in November. We wanted something quick so we decided to go through their drive thru. There was a long line of cars, but it moved fairly quickly. We ordered two bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits. Wait time wasn't bad at all. The staff was friendly, both while taking our order and while handing it to us. These are some bomb biscuits! Soft on the inside and a touch of crispy on the outside. The eggs were cooked well and the bacon was crisped to perfection. Their food is simple, delicious, and affordable. I can see why this place is always busy on the weekends! read more

Bad service, bad food. Took 30 minutes for 3 chicken tender baskets with no one else in the restaurant , and they even got our order wrong. Fried Okra was mushy and had no flavor. With about 40 people working back there this quality is unacceptable. read more

Fagan's biscuit barn is usually busy in the morning every time we drive by. We decided to drive thru to pick up some breakfast this morning and it's busy with many cars in the drive thru and in the parking lot. I have only been inside and this is the first time ordering drive thru. There were a few cars in front of us, but the line moved relatively quick. We were in front of a large menu board with breakfast items on the left and lunch on the right. I ordered a biscuit bowl with grits and sausage (egg and cheese on top). You can also choose bacon as your protein and gravy instead of grits. I also ordered biscuit with plain gravy. After ordering, you pay at the first window. The cashier hands you a clipboard with the credit card machine attached to the end of it so it's hands free! She had on a mask and gloves. Then, you pick up your food from the second window. They are both composed of basic breakfast items. Biscuits are large and fluffy, the gravy is rich and creamy. The bowl had good ratio of all the items and each bite was balanced. Good visit for a quick easy breakfast. read more

I really liked that they had a drive-thru, which is almost always wrapped around the building. I decided to wait in line and it moved pretty quickly. I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit for breakfast and was really looking forward to it. I was expecting a lot more from a biscuit barn but the sandwich was overall average and the biscuits are on the smaller side. It's a nice spot though with the look of an old-fashioned barn. I will give them another chance. read more

I'm assuming they changed owners and the new people got cheap. Quality has gone down the shitter the past year. What used to be a community staple has turned into a fart buffet. read more

This is a cute southern place. From their tea to their food it was a southern flair. The biscuits here are those ole school fresh fluffy water biscuits. Soo good.the chicken tenders were good. For me the hashbrown casserole was too cheesy where as my friend said he loved it. So a mixed review on that. Overall a good experience. From the look at the platter I was like where's the rest but I was definitely full when I left. Technically didn't finish it all. read more

The wonderful experience started from the get-go. The young lady taking my order was extremely friendly and helpful. She guided me through my options as it had been a while since I've visited here. My Feast Regular order came out promptly - scrambled eggs, sausage, grits, and of course the famous biscuit! Nothing disappointed, although my grits might've needed a bit more flavor. Otherwise, was a perfect late breakfast, my belly was full, and required a nap shortly afterwards. I won't wait as long to visit Fagan's again! read more

Fagan's Biscuit Barn - Award-winning biscuits 3 years running. Must be good! - Southern Near Me - Cumming, Georgia

Had not been to Fagan's in a very long time due to no longer living in Cumming, but now that I'm back I gave it another shot. It was much better than I remembered it to be and I no longer think that Cracker Barrel is better lol the only real issue I had was that I had a mobile order but was told I had to wait in the long line at the register just to pick it up even though I was looking right at it on the counter next to the lady. By the time I got my food it was cold. I would recommend having a pick up spot setup for mobile orders or delivery services to pick up. read more

My family has eaten at this restaurant for many years. It has sadly gone downhill terribly in the last 5 to 7 years and progressively gets worse each year to the point we won't even go in there any longer. The staff is rude. The food is bad. read more

Got an order of bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast biscuit to go. It's not bad, but it's not spectacular either. It's pretty average. Their bacon wasn't cooked super hard to be crispy. they use American cheese. Their biscuit consistency is pretty flakey, not too buttery/oily. And egg is... egg. Again, it's not bad. A quick easy place to get your fix in. But if you call yourself a BISCUIT barn, I'm expecting rainbows and unicorns of biscuits. Maybe that's just me read more

I love everything about this place. It's super homey, everyone is really nice, and the food is delish. The people serve you promptly with a smile whether you're inside or in the drive thru and they always sound like they're having an amazing day. I usually come here after my night shift because I'm too exhausted to cook and need a good meal to before sleeping the day off. I usually get the biscuits and sausage gravy, chicken tenders, and eggs over easy. They come deconstructed which I love so I can put it all together at home like a comfy chicken biscuit from home grown down in Atlanta. I get my husband and daughter the biscuit sandwiches that they usually love. Let me tell y'all.. the biscuits are FREAKING AMAZING. They're soft, warm, and melt in your mouth perfection. read more

I'm a big fan of Fagan's Biscuit Barn. Been coming here for years. The food is simple yet good! The Barn is super cute. They also have some outside seating available. Staff is great. They are friendly, fast, and helpful. Everything is very reasonably priced and portions are good. Some of my favorites Biscuit bowl with chicken sausage- you can get it with grits or gravy. You can also get a regular sausage, bacon, etc for your protein Breakfast burrito- comes with a salsa verde Chicken biscuit Biscuit and gravy Cheesy hashbrowns Don't forget to ask for jelly and honey to top your biscuit The drive thru line gets long but it shows how popular this place is. Love how they give your pup in the car a dog biscuit. My pup loves it! The menu board in the drive-thru is sometimes hard to see because of the sun. They close on Sundays and close at 2 pm the other days. Definitely check out Fagan's! It's what gives Georgia that awesome charm of the south I love. read more

Had a craving for a biscuit and of course, this place came to mind. Located pretty prominently (it's a barn) on Peachtree Parkway--- it's hard to miss! I was the only car in the drive-thru upon arrival around 10:45am. I placed my order for a platter which included a 2 eggs, choice of hashbrown casserole or fruit, meat choice, and biscuit. I chose the chicken tenders and hashbrown casserole as they were highly recommended. About 15 minutes later my order was ready! :) There were several cars behind me at that point that had also placed their order so it's apparently very popular. When I checked my food, my eggs were cooked perfectly over medium, the biscuit was a large drop biscuit, and the hashbrown Casserole looked amazing, but my chicken tenders were a little smaller (fit in a side to go pocket a piece) and not hot...so I'm wondering why 15 minutes? I didnt mind the wait...but just wondering... Lol My food was delicious when I got home so everything checked out as far as flavor. Again my average rating is for the size of my tenders and temp of the food for the amount of time waiting. The wait did NOT bother me, but let's make sure its hot/fresh :) At $10 for "home cooking" breakfast food, it was an overall good visit. Even though the tenders were smaller, it was a very filling meal. I'll have to go back and try some other items that caught my eye, but hopefully when I wait it will be piping hot :) read more

Fagan's Biscuit Barn - Platter includes 2 eggs cooked to order, hashbrown casserole, tenders, and a biscuit! - Southern Near Me - Cumming, Georgia

Finally had an opportunity to try this business on Saturday morning. They have limited hours because of the type of food they serve, so I haven't really had much opportunity to go by. Saturday I stopped on the way home because I had to go into the office for a couple of hours and I went through the drive-through and picked up a steak biscuit and the biscuit and gravy. The biscuit is by far one of the worst I've ever had. It was dry the outside of the consistency of a hamburger bun and the country fried steak was over cooked. The gravy for the biscuit and gravy was watery and had very little taste. Definitely will not be going by again. read more

OMG biscuits! Sooo good! Fast courteous service. Drive through is quick and easy. Great for breakfast or brunch. One of my favorites.

Their grits would have been good if it was hot but since I ordered food from the drive thru so I shouldn't get hot

Love this place wish it was closer to Alpharetta where I work. Tasty biscuits and sides with a friendly staff.

This was our first visit here. You order at the front than your food is brought to your table. It was about $12 for a breakfast bowl (eggs, sausage, gravy, Biscuit) & a plate with two eggs, sausage, grits and biscuit. The portions were good size and the order came out fast. Will return read more

Good in a world unto itself, until you venture out. I've been visiting Fagan's for many moons since they opened this newer spot, which is on their family's farming property that has been in this very spot for about 200yrs. That being said, if you've only come here for breakfast, then you'd think this was the end-all-be-all for biscuits and lunch type items. Once you try other places somewhat local, then you'll quickly learn that Fagan's has slipped a bit over the years, and I think it comes down to cost-savings. I remember Fagan's biscuits being about the same size, but now the insides of the biscuit remind me of cafeteria style "sheet" bread. Maybe they've change their recipe, and they are NOT bad by any stretch, but they are definitely different from what they once were. Their gravy once had more flavor to it as well, and maybe this is to cater to more palates in the area. Who knows? No one comes for breakfast at a biscuit place and expects deconstructed filet mignon on a crostini here. People expect consistency over the years, and it is my opinion that Fagan's is slipping. Now, that being said, I can say that I will never give up on Fagan's because it is a local business that needs our dollars, AND my gut sometimes needs a boring breakfast after all of the hoighty toighty 3rd world meals that I consume. They are consistent in their service, and frankly, it's convenient to my place of employment. The area can be aggravating to get around in because of all the different types of people fighting for the same piece of real-estate, but it's worth supporting the locals versus a chain any day of the week. read more

PISSEDDDD!!!!!! Just got my food thru Uber eats and I am outraged!!!! Not only is this the tiniest chicken salad sandwich. But it doesn't even have the lettuce and tomatoes on it like the picture and the description says! It's just a dry@$$ toasted chicken and celery sandwich! I asked for ketchup and mustard and the bag is empty!! No sauce to even spice up this dry thing!! I clicked "yes" for the utensils and didn't even get a fork or a spoon to eat my oddly sour hash brown casserole with! I've ordered from here before and was so close to ordering the same thing I got before because I kew that was good but figured this place seems really nice and everything is probably good. NO! I was WRONG! I am an 8month pregnant HUNGRY woman. But now I am an 8 months pregnant Hungry AND disappointed woman!! I am so maaaddddddd!!!! If there are worse things in the world. I've been obsessed with this place for years. Their biscuits have the texture of a regular, almost burger, bun, yet the consistency and thickness of a good southern biscuit. They always make sure to load your biscuit sandwich with a lot of egg (and whatever else you get on it), and it's always delicious! The hashbrown casserole is TO DIE FOR, the prices are fair, and the service is always quick and friendly. Definitely stop by! read more

Not a fan. Went here for breakfast, and the atmosphere is VERY basic. This is a counter service restaurant with just a room full of booths and tables. Even if you order your food to dine in, they serve it in a styrofoam to-go box with plasticware. Coffee served in styrofoam cups. Prices are comparable to other restaurants, yet atmosphere is more like a fast food place. read more

I wish my whole review could consist of just "yum" but I know I must provide some detail here so allow me to explain in a clear and succinct manner- 1) we came for breakfast on a Saturday morning at around 10:15 am and the parking lot was FULL (no spots) and the drive through was wrapped 2 times around the restaurant. 2) Yes, you read that right, there is a freaking drive through. 3) The biscuits are huge and so fluffy and piping hot. 4) The service is fantastic, at each window of the drive through they repeat your order to make sure they got it right. 5) We ordered 2 plain biscuits, 1 biscuit with scrambled eggs, tomato, turkey sausage and cheese, 1 biscuit with scrambled eggs, tomato and cheese, 2 coffees, 1 banana pudding and we paid 16$. YEP. that's it! 6) The banana pudding was easily the best I've ever had. Easily. I will be back many, many times after discovering that this fantastic southern restaurant has a drive through and doesn't cost an arm and a leg and is DELICIOUS. Thanks, Fagan's! so yummy. read more
