Was given birth control pills that caused an exacerbation in symptoms. When I called the office back letting them know the severe pain I was in, not only was the physician not contacted for consult, they were supposed to send a referral over to a specialist, which I found out a week later (still symptomatic and in excruciating pain) that not only did they NOT send the referral over, but the new request WAS NOT SENT STAT, and I have to wait another possible 2 weeks to be seen by this particular specialist. When I asked for a detailed explanation of why my records weren't sent over initially, I was blown off: "we sent the records but we sometimes don't confirm if the records are received" (I've worked in the medical field for 20 years; this is what we consider gross negligence in patient care); "you're not our only patient". My alternative was to check myself into a hospital to have tests run. So let me get this straight. Not only are you NOT GOING TO CONSULT YOUR ON STAFF PHYSICIAN, you're also not going to send out the much needed referral in a timely fashion, and you're expecting me to be triaged AT THE HOSPITAL BY DOCTORS THAT DON'T HAVE MY CASE HISTORY? This is not reasonable medical treatment. Hospitals should be for true emergencies after consultation with your ACTUAL DOCTOR! I'm not ever going back to this office. If you cannot trust the office staff, how can you trust the physicians employed in the office? They are the first line of care. I cannot imagine a pregnant woman having to suffer at the hands of this incompetence while both her and her child are made to suffer

I'm delighted to be back under Dr. Branaman's care! Everyone there is still wonderful and sweet! Front desk ladies are very welcoming and always have a smile on their faces! Amber is very nice when she checks me in through the back! They've updated the furniture in the waiting room and it's really lightened up the space! Nice big comfy couches. New chairs and decor! I still have about 4 more months to go and I'll give a final review then but I guarantee you my thoughts won't change. This place is perfect and all the lovely ladies there are perfect. Stop looking elsewhere for obstetrics or gynecology because this is the place you need to be!

I don't love the hospital we deliver at but she's so great that I'm not going to switch OB. I did my birth completely natural, no epidural, I got to fully delay my cord clamping and she listened and respected all of my birth wishes and was not pushy or trying to intervene at all when not neccessry. She's super personable and friendly which makes You feel more comfortable delivering your baby with someone like that! My first OB felt like a bully and I immediately switched OBs. The front desk responds so fast and has always helped me getting messages to the nurses or drs, regarding mastitis when I called desperate for help. Front desk is always nice at appointments.

I feel like I struck gold finding this lovely couple to co-treat me. I felt like my life was going to end when I got diagnosed with diabetes. Dr. Chahal went the extra mile to let me know that he is here for me. He is so smart, and guided me but most importantly he let me make all of the decisions for myself. My A1C went from an 11.9 to a 5.3 in 9 months! He continues to tell me how proud of me he is. I love the extra support. Dr. Rana brings the same amount of joy into my life. She has always been so supportive of my issues and my personal feelings. She has offered 110% of her heart into my journey of trying to conceive. I would cry and feel doubtful. She would pick me back up and say "you got this!" I am now 5 weeks pregnant. I am also considered high risk due to being plus size and diabetic, but Dr. Rana makes me feel like I'm normal like everyone else, and makes me excited to go through this journey knowing I have her and Dr. Chahal by my side! Dr. Rana offers many services, as well at Dr. Chahal. I love them dearly, and they have both changed my life health wise. I have referred many friends and family to this team of Dr's. Go see them! But make sure there is still an appointment for me!! Haha!

My first couple visits were good, they answered my questions and concerns…read more My most recent visit is where my experience was not up to par. I got some lab work done in August. I have already reached my deductible for the year so I knew I should not have to pay anything out of pocket. Then I receive the bill from labcorp. Over $500. My next steps were to appeal this with the insurance. They mentioned that due to the provider notes they deemed the test medically unnecessary. I have been trying to contact the office to get a formal letter from the doctor to help me appeal this to get this covered. I have called multiple times a day, since I received the bill, left a message in the portal and multiple voicemails. This is highly unprofessional for a doctors office. The number options they give you to press don't send you to anyone. They just hang up your call. I hit the scheduling option and was given the option to leave a voicemail. My next steps are to go in person, this is out of my way but I need help to appeal this labcorp bill. It seems to be a common pattern that no one is able to get a hold of anyone on the phone.

This tiny fetus came fully alive on the huge video screen and delighted us for 45 minutes doing summersaults and other baby gymnastics in utereo :). Brandy was the Ultrasound Tech and was very professional, explaining everything in detail. My favorite aspect of this experience was the full set of photos immediately sent to my daughter from the Ultrasound. My daughter loved getting these images to share with family. It was so meaningful and special to learn that my future grandson weighs 1 pound now, hear his heartbeat, and see his development so far. Thank you Valley Prenatal!
