The problem is they will use the most expensive parts they can find. (Which is good in some ways) I don't know if they over repair but they seem to always find the most expensive way to fix something. If you don't mind spending lots of cash keeping your vehicle tip top shape then I recommend them. The quality of their work is commendable. High quality - high price. I guess you can choose what you want in a mechanic. If you're just looking to just keep 'er on the road. Look elsewhere.

I took it to another shop for a second opinion, and it turns out none of the repair that they advised was needed. It was an upsell to rip off the customer. I would strongly advise to stay away from this shop unless you want to empty your pockets and you bank account of your money. Not a very professional place of business

My stepfather, a retired Ford St. Thomas Assembly Plant worker with about 33 years of service no less, was directed by the sister dealership, Courtesy Ford in London, to travel to St. Thomas to have electronic and door damage fixed on his Escape. St. Thomas Ford repaired the electronic issue but their body shop ignored the door damage. One of their Service Advisors told us that she would look into this but we never heard from her about it again. Around that time, this same Advisor claimed to us that she fell on hard times and asked us to loan her thousands of dollars. We obliged, but when I asked her to return the funds, she completely ignored our pleas and vanished herself into the ether. As a result, I sent a detailed e-mail message describing both of these issues to General Manager Brandon Dumouchelle, asking that he provide assurance to me by the end of today that both of these issues will be promptly & properly resolved. I received no reply from Mr. Dumouchelle whatsoever. Presumably he too has vanished from the face of the earth, or that St. Thomas Ford cares not that it preys upon unsuspecting seniors. A truly vile and repugnant organization. Would not recommend, unless you have a penchant for being repeatedly victimized by a heartless staffer bent solely on bilking seniors of their money for personal gain, while providing absolutely atrocious customer service. Perhaps your mileage with them will differ? Perhaps not. Paul
