I haven't had Cabin Filter changed since new, so had them check that also. The filter was hard to get at so it took awhile to locate. The technician located filter and took it out and I said they could order another one. I also had the garage do a full A/C system recovery and recharge and they added more Freon to the system. The A/C worked much better after the work they done on it, and the garage charged much less for the work then what the Mercedes Dealership wanted. I am quite pleased with Jay and the technicians work. I definitely will return.

They left in the guests vehicle and got as far as Lambeth before hearing an unusual sound from the tires. After contacting several tire centres in the Wharncliffe Rd and Wonderland Rd vicinity they were unsuccessful securing an appointment. She then tried Byron Automotive. She was met with a courteous and prompt response and was scheduled an exam that fit her timeline. The problem was when our guest from north of Kingston had her snow tires put on less then two weeks ago, there was rust and corrosion around the rims, lug nuts etc that was not addressed at the time that would have resulted in eventually losing a tire. Wayne addressed the problem and full repairs were made to make the 2017 Jeep road worthy and safe to drive. I was tired of expensive oil changes and constant reports of something needing fixed when it didn't. I decided to move on and I'm so glad I chose Rob Clarke Automotive. This place is very very close to my work which has huge advantages. I never have to leave work anymore to get an oil change. I just drop off my car and pick it up as I please. If I drop it off at 8am, they typically have it ready to go by lunch (for an oil change). Stephanie, the girl at the front desk, always knows who I am by the make of my car and she is very reassuring. If there are any concerns she is straight up, but never pushy. She gives great descriptions of what I should expect or hear if something starts to go wrong. She never comes at me with prices and solutions unless I ask for it. I once asked my relative (who is a Master level mechanic) how much something should cost to fix and he was thinking $60 or so. When I got it fixed at Rob Clarke, I was pleasantly surprised when an oil change AND fixing the problem cost about $75. I find the prices here to be very affordable and fair. So far, so good.
