Every billing matter resolved with efficiency, courtesy and followup. Additionally, messages via the portal have all been answered 100%. All medications have been fulfilled 100% be it local or mail order request. In 2024 I am hard pressed to find such consistency. A shout out to Zack Hanson the PA for optimum care. Pea foot and ankle specialist for her complete lack of professionalism and then being too worried about her own potential liability to do what is right after attempts were made asking her to take back an error in her paperwork in order to keep from having monetary damages to myself since her error incorrectly stated that I was fit and able to work when that was not the case due to my condition doing nothing but get worse while under her care. she refused to respond to phone calls in regards to this issue and refuse a face to face meeting in order to continue getting paid during an injury occurred at work. Mot only did she directly cause and lead to my injury and overall condition getting worse and length of recovery being extended greatly she also added insult to injury by refusing to own up to her mistake, refused to ever make not of mu condition getting worse due to her advice, and then refused to be accountable and simply fix the situation when given a chance. I sure hope the actions of this doctor does not reflect on the stanwood Skagit regional clinic as a whole but I can only express how my experience was with this doctor.

I checked in at 4:20 PM at the Front Desk. A medical assistant finally took my vitals. She told me that the "rooms were full" and I had to go back to the waiting room. At 6:00 PM, I asked the Front Desk what was going on and I was told that Doctor Columbo had gone home! So I left. When I checked my on-line chart at home, it said that the patient (me) had cancelled the appointment!

I brought my infant to Dr Wilcox for over a year (only because I couldn't see Dr Troutman anymore…read moredue to insurance changes...side note: he is the best). I wasn't impressed with Dr Wilcox. Pros: She is not a pediatrician but was still pretty good with kids. She will squeeze you into a busy day. Cons: She is an awful listener and interrupts. She acts and dresses unprofessionally (Granted, Stanwood is a small town, but I personally still prefer a higher level of professionalism). She told me my child's heart murmur was gone but our next doctor said it wasn't. She wasn't understanding about spreading vaccines out.
