I interacted with only two of the office staff, the young receptionist was very polite and professional but, the Asian woman who escorted me was just short of nasty. I had a difficult time getting myself in the chair and later learned it was because it is that it raised position and not all the way lowered. Later I asked to speak with that Asian staffer and get her name but refused, Sternly said my name and "we're done here". Worst of any doctor's staff I had ever observed anywhere including china, mexico, canada, and Texas Oklahoma California and Washington States. Based on first and last visit, I am compelled to recommend avoid!! Dr. Chang is good enough. My paratransit bus also had a difficult time navigating the small awkward parking area. We took him to so many physicians who would bandage it and apply ointments or some other thing they promised that would "definitely take care of it". One of the doctors eventually referred us to a clinic that supposedly specialities in healing open blisters like this. They told us because of his diabetes he would have a hard time closing the dang thing up. After about 10 visits there we gave up. My wife said it might be smart to take him into a doctor that specialized in feet and that's how found Dr. Chang with some googling. Boy I'll tell you it couldn't have been easier working with him and the clinic. The front desk gal (Lori?) is a hoot and really helpful and Dr. Chang did a great job of sitting us down to go over the different options we had. Eventually after trying some basic options he used this special type of band-aid made from the same stuff babies are held in during pregnancy (or something like that, he explained it A LOT more thorough in person lol) and lo and behold that sucker closed up in just over two months. SO GRATEFUL for this guy. We've been trying to get my wife's dad some relief for months now and Dr. Chang really pulled through. Thank you thank you.

The doctor (I believe it was Dr. Chang) I saw told me that he didn't really feel like doing that and opted to only cut the ingrown section and did acid in the corners of my toenail. Which was going to be fine with a follow-up, except they called me hours before the follow-up and canceled it. When I initially booked the appointment I was told my insurance was accepted by their practice. I received a bill a few weeks after the procedure and no EOB which means my insurance was never even ran. I called the clinic and they told me they had a blackout on the day of my appointment and can't take my insurance (premera). I called my insurance company to see if it was ever even ran through them which it was not. I called the clinic again and was told that I needed to pay the entire amount and they wouldn't run my insurance. My toe is now having further problems with the way it ended up growing back because of the poor work done.

Without a doubt the BEST experience I have ever had at a joint Doctors office. (Unfortunately, I've…read morehad to spend numerous hours with joint doctors) Dr. Cocheba spent a tremendous amount of time with me and my husband. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and speaks very clearly in terms that are easy to understand. I walked out of his office with zero pain in my hips. I have suffered for years from damage done while carrying twins. I am able to walk up and down inclines without pain. I've walked more in the last 3 days than I have in quite awhile. I think he works miracles. He did a lot of work with my husband because of his broken heal. He was equally as impressed with his treatment! We will continue to see Dr. C. for any and all future foot issues.

Dr Chang had me do a few things but when it kept going on he said the best thing for it was surgery which kinda scared me but I'm glad he said so. Scheduled to get the other one done since it really wasn't a big deal like I thought surgery would be. Thank you!!!

His solution to new orthotics - pay out of pocket to cough up as my insurance paid for the previous ones. Let's not take care of the patient but let's try to rip them off! This snot nosed excuse for a 'doctor' doesnt have a poor bedside manner - more like non-existent. I asked what I was supposed to do with orthotics that were useless - his answer was fitting 'that is not my problem' At this point, I am contemplating a letter to the professional board as my guess is that his degree was found in the clearance isle at Walmart. RUN to a different provider someone who a) cares for patients and b) will actually take care of you instead of trying to rip you off

The pain got worst over a one year period. I have cement floors in half my house. Chris advice was to never walk bare-footed from the moment of waking up to the time I went to bed. Well after following his advice the pain slowly ebbed over a six month period and I am now totally pain free and the only cost was a pair of in house slippers with good support. I'd give Chris 5 stars and recommend him to everyone.
