Hands down 5 stars:…read more Greg is responsive, punctual, attentive, knowledgeable, and competitively priced. He explained the issue at hand, what he intended to do, and how he planned to do it. He even explained about maintenance and how it differs for us due to the climate in South Florida. It was so easy to work with Greg. He is definitely a reliable source. I will 100% call him for any A/C issue from now on. As should you!!!

On the day of the installation everything went just as I expected. The service guys give me a heads up so I knew they were on the way and they showed up right on time. The work took a few hours but they did a very nice job. I was pleased with the result overall. I highly recommend AR Williams if you need a new air conditioner or service. We used SFD over the course of 3 years to maintain our two air handlers and condensers. The…read moretechnicians were always on time and courteous and our air conditioners generally ran and performed well. Then the compressor in one of our 9-year-old condensers failed. Two technicians from other companies noticed the condensation bulb in the air handler was removed and said that was a big no-no that could have contributed to the unit failing. (I'm not saying it did since there's no way to know but it was certainly disturbing to hear that). When I asked SFD about this, they they either never noticed it or just missed it and that it wasn't that big of a deal. That was a little disappointing to hear because we paid hundreds of dollars for their bi-annual maintenance plan and they had just inspected the units although this time they sent a less experienced tech. They also gave us conflicting information about whether the other (working) air handler needed to be cleaned or not. I liked these guys a lot and trusted them but ultimately there were too many red flags and so they lost our business.

Thank you, Marco, for rescuing my malfunctioning Air conditioner, once again!…read more I love knowing that when something goes wrong with my A/C, help is only a phone call or text away. Marco is professional, friendly, and compassionate. Of course, he fixed the problem, plus checked over other issues as well. He doesn't withhold information, nor try to add on any extra services; that being said, if he did recommend that something needed to be replaced or upgraded, I would say yes in a heartbeat, because I trust him completely. Due to his help in the past, when I did find the a/c having an issue, I wasn't stressed at all, because I knew that I was in good hands. Thanks, Marco!

Not only did he find mold in my AC unit, but he found that the dryer vent was completely disconnected and taped off.
