I made my reservation online, the day before. I chose the 11:30am spot for a hot stone massage,…read morebut when it confirmed with me, I saw that I had been placed at the 9 am spot. I called and asked for it to be fixed. No problem. I arrived a little early, but was ushered immediately into room 1. I asked to use the restroom first. When I came out of the restroom, I was ushered back into room one and the door was shut behind me. No instructions. I figured that I should probably change, so I started to undress. I had gotten down to my underwear when there was a quick knock at the door and the door opened. Someone announced "changing room." I originally thought she meant that she wanted me to undress in a changing room, but she actually wanted me to go to room 2. I got into room 2 and undressed. Still no instructions. There was a narrow strip of cloth, so I attempted to cover myself with it, but it was too narrow. I was still confused a little. I can't tell how long I waited because I didn't have my watch on and there was no clock in the room. The masseuse arrived and asked what I wanted today. Hot stone massage. She meant what part of my body I wanted her to concentrate on. Low back and feet. Ok. She'd do the massage first and then hot stones. Great. Medium pressure. Ok. The massage was a little too hard at first, but I spoke up and she adjusted the pressure. I could feel my back relaxing. Unfortunately, I'm ticklish on my feet and I wasn't able to handle the lighter pressure on them. But it was still a great massage. Suddenly, someone opened the door to room two and started speaking loudly to the masseuse. It was jarring since everything else was so quiet and I was mostly unclothed other than the narrow strip of cloth. No privacy with the door wide open! And speaking so loudly when I was trying to relax was ridiculous. We got to the hot stone part and the masseuse kept dropping the stones. Bang. The wall. Plop. The floor. Oops onto the table. I would have given 5 stars other than the online errors, the wide open door, the loud voices and the dropping of the stones. It was a good massage with a few minor drawbacks.

I really wish I could leave a positive review because Julie is a genuinely kind person. However,…read morefrom a professional standpoint, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. If I could give her zero stars I would. I went in for lip filler and Botox, and the appointment took over three hours, mostly due to poor time management -- she's never on time. After my first-ever lip filler, Julie told me to watch for any "white dots" and contact her if they appeared. The next day, I noticed a white spot in the center of my lip and reached out immediately. She confirmed it was a vascular occlusion, which can cause permanent damage if not treated right away. When I arrived for treatment, Julie wasn't at her salon. She texted that she'd "be right back," but I ended up waiting over an hour, along with what another client who was also waiting. Once she arrived, the appointment dragged on for another three hours -- and she still didn't properly treat the affected area. She promised to meet me after work to finish treatment but showed up 45 minutes late, and decided not to wait any longer since it was already 9pm. She texted me at 9:30 saying she was there claiming she'd lost her phone, even though she told me she was in the car going straight to me. A couple of days later, she met with me for the second attempt and again for another three-hour session, but unfortunately, the issue still wasn't resolved. I now need to see a doctor to make sure no lasting damage. Overall, this experience was stressful, unprofessional, and concerning for my health. I recommend finding a more trustworthy and reliable injector.

I'm not an assertive person, tend to not speak up on my behalf at all. Within a few minutes of sitting in her chair she was running some product through my hair and using a tool that scraped any "product debris" off. She then began ripping that product all throughout my hair without even asking me! The product felt abrasive, like Ajax. Her handling of my hair and head was rough and indifferent. She then informed me she wanted to give my color a "warmer" more "golden" tone. Being the passive person I am, I didn't speak up. Finally, when I could get a word in edgewise, I told her I don't like anything that resembles red hair. I won't go into her reaction and what she admitted she'd wanted to ask me re: this, suffice to say just not cool or professional. She asked me if I wanted my trim to maintain the same shape or something else. I said I wanted to keep it the same. The trim she gave me was opposite of the same. I'd had some low/high and she blunted. I have hair that goes to about the middle of my back, so now I've got these weird blunt ends. And my bangs, they're mostly what I needed trimmed up. Well I don't know if she even touched them at all, or did something really weird with them. All I know is they were not trimmed, and now have a completely different texture and part, so I don't know what the hell she did there. Salt to the wound?...She charged $167. OMG. And staying true to the whimp I am, I not only paid her, but added a $20 tip. I've been angry and resentful ever since leaving there. I knew if I called her to tell her of my displeasure with her work she'd probably suggest I come back and she'd try to fix it, but I didn't want to ever go back to her again. I would've loved my money back though. So, don't say you haven't been warned, in your hunt for a new stylist, hopefully this review has helped.

It was a great spa vibe to get dressed in our robes and relax before each of our services. Once we were all dressed in our robes, we went into a waiting room for our therapist to see us. They were there instantly when we got there which was because we didn't have to wait too long. I had my massage and it was really good. I loved the therapist that I worked with and she was great. After my massage was over, I met back up with my SIL and sister. My sister seemed kind of unhappy and when I asked why, she said that she had booked her treatment for cupping and an intense massage but that isn't what she got. She didn't want to make a big deal about it. My SIL eventually went to the front desk and after awhile got it sorted out that they had a system error in their booking. They could still offer my sister the cupping but we'd have to wait a bit to do it. It was good that she was able to do the cupping but disappointing that her relaxing had to be disrupted and we ended up being there longer than anticipated and had to move some plans around. Overall it worked itself out and we still enjoyed our visit. They did a good job of handling the hiccup.
